I see some problems with that family tree though. And I am now going to kill the most important part of your theory, although I liked it a lot.

Kagami can't be Izunas child. My prove for this is that I expect Kagami to have been born at the same year as Hiruzen and Danzo. They were probably born a few years after the foundation of Konoha, but definitly not before it was founded.

Also they were born only a few years before Madara and Hashirama had their final fight, because when Tobirama became their teacher, along with Kagami, Madara was said to be dead.

I could still see Kagami as being Tobi, but this makes it much more unlikely. Although I don't think Shisui and Obito were brothers, since Shisui was considered a genius, and Obito was quite "dumb" although I could very well be wrong, but when it comes to Uchiha, so far all brothers (sasuke, itachi - izuna, madara) were all geniuses.

Also you say this: "Kagami who trained with Danzou and Hiruzen"
While this may be partly through, Hiruzen was not in their team. I belive
Danzo and Kagami were in the same team, and Donzo was the "best" shinobi in that team, as Hiruzen was the best in his. Btw Hiruzen was in team with the 2 konoha elders, who tries to control Tsunade, etc...

How was obito dumb.... He was a chunnin at 11 I believe. E wasn't dumb he just wasn't kakashi who was a genius.

But I apologize. He was reckless, not dumb, but what I meant was that in comparison to the others, he was late in awakening his sharingan, and I bet he had been on a lot more missions than itachi / sasuke / shisui, since he became chunin during war time. Also his teacher was Minato...

Dude, I'm so glad you posted this. Btw, I'm almost positive Orochimaru was the one to give Tobi the Hashirama cells since he gave some to Danzo too.

By now, we should know Nagato has Madara's eyes. Now, would it be logical to conclude that Tobi, being skilled in medical ninjutsu himself, transplanted the eyes from Madara to Nagato?

I have no idea as to why Tobi controlled Yagura, though. Controlling a perfect jinchuriki is too big of a risk in my opinion but Tobi did it. Maybe he was testing his abilities or something.

i think orochi put a curse mark on madara so that he could use his body. then with all the techs and stuff transfer to sasukes YOUNG body(i know its far-fetched but rock with me)

i think they wanted(madara/tobi) to revive the clan and then wipe the map clean of everybody else. i say this cuz tobi said nagato betrayed him and he was suppose to use the revival tech for him. ppl may say he was just gunna revive madara but think: why revive one person if your filled up with so much hate if you can revive everybody that was in the clan and rule the leaf with the entire clan. i think tobi killed nagatos parents(thru the two leaf troops) and gave nagato madara's eyes since we seen that rinnegan was activated when his parents died and after that he met konan and you know the rest so i think he got them eyes way before they died, got back to his parents, then tobi killed them so he could fall into what ever plans tobi made.

the plan was to revive madara in full form, wipe out the map, use the juubi's tech if nothing else works then revive the clan. because even madara seen that there was a problem

1. If Tobi actually had 2 kids to obtain EMS and then failed but then killed Suishi because he couldnt give him his eyes, and now wants Sasuke for his eyes?? If he wants EMS SOOOO bad then he could of took Itachi's eyes but instead why would he surgicaly implant them in Sasuke?? I mean he could of had what he wants which is the EMS.

2. It doesnt state you need EMS for infinite tsukyomi only the 10 tails because Tobi didnt take Itachi's eyes and instead gave them to Sasuke so Sasuke helps him kill Konaha. Tobi doesnt need the EMS he has Rinnegan lol.

3. Why would he kill Rin? I mean that wont do anything for him. As far as getting emotion for MS well its the mind that feels emotion not the eye. So unless Kaguma loved Rin himself idk why killing her would get MS.

4. Tobi has not shown MS. Your just assuming he uses Kamui but actually its his s/t ninjutsu which is similar to kamui because Tobi only has shown Sharingan when using the s/t. It could just be a similar s/t ninjutsu. He would be blind by now if he was using MS to do that s/t.

He can do there techniques because he stole a sharingan which allows you to copy techniques. He knows so much because of ZETSU who can record anything he sees and be anywhere he wants, and uchiha aren't the only ninja with skill.....

1. Thats not a good explanation at all. The thread maker stated that Tobi wanted EMS SOOOO bad that it was his only goal in life because with it he can only do his plan. He went far enough to kill shisui and even Rin and he had 2 kids just to get it. So why not just take Itachi's??

I will tell you why. Because he doesnt need EMS OBVIOUSLY and he has the Rinnegan and he is doing his plan RIGHT NOW without EMS and he didnt need it or he would take Itachi's by now.
