well just to begin with we don't even know if Tobi is a Uchiha.
In fact, 1.there's a very good chance that he is not. To me, Tobi appears way more connected with the Rinnegan than the Sharingan.

It was him who gave Nagato those eyes, meaning that he just took the sharingan because he needed to substitute his eyes. Nevertheless, we see him use his other sharingan againsts konan and that rises some questions? If he originally had the rinnegan whose eye was that other one?

In addition to this, madara seems to be able to use both the sharingan and the rinnegan at the same time. It seems like its up to him what eyes he should use. The fact that Tobi has the sharingan in one eye and the rinnegan in the other means that he has not surpassed the sharingan so he could use both of them. In addition you said (the creater of the thread) that Tobi has a MS, which is actually not true.

2. We haven'ts seen tobi use MS. His interdimensional justu is only his sharingan's ability. This fact leaves out another question - 3. why doesn't kakashi have the same sharingan ability. He has to use his MS in order to be able to use the other dimension.

The mystery behind Tobi's rinnegan and sharingan might be simpler than we think.4. He just might a simple person whose pain made him the person who he is. Otherwise why would he call himself "no-one"

See, the pieces of our theories of tobi being a character that we already know fit up until a certain point. Then it just gets a matter of guessing and assuming that what we assume is correct.

A user last week made up a 5. really good theory about Tobi being the second son of The Sage of the Six paths. Maybe you guys would like to check it out.

and btw I think he wanted to get Shisui's eye in one last effort to obtain EMS in Obito's eye

As for some of the theories they pretty much make sense, i wouldn't put it past Kishi to make Tobi = Kagami Uchiha with both Obito and Shisui as his sons

It would explain how he got one of Obito's eyes by putting him under surveillance using Zetsu and his eagerness to obtain Shisui's eye at the moment of Danzo's death so he could achieve the EMS rather than the MS obtained from obito however Kotomatsuki could be another reason for wanting Shisui's eye

Izuna could be his father as he always talks in a quiet rage about his wasted sacrifice for the clan and would really explain his bond with Madara (Madara needed someone he trusted to entrust his rinnegan to) as uncle and nephew. Madara probably give him it to give to a Uzumaki child called Nagato (would explain him knowing about it) and when he was revived he went "It finally happened...." and he also went "So he revived me ?" both of these are really strong evidence for Madara being in cohorts with Tobi

Nagato was probably chosen because of his really strong life force so he could revive Madara with Rinne of Rebirth successfully, it also explains why Tobi claims that the rinnegan is his and that he "gave" it to him

However i think Tobi now has a alternative agenda to Madara's as he's the one who took his father's eyes and made it a wasted sacrifice.

We have no idea what Tobi's inherited sharingan was. Maybe he took the eye controlling Yagura from, say, Shisui's cousin?
It's a decent theory though. I agree with the resemblances you show. Could be relatively close relatives, considering they are all Uchiha
