i just noted how your original example is crap and tbh this whole tread is

1) sakura hitting the kazekage and tons of puppets
2) the 5th hitting madara
3) gai hitting kisame
4) lee hitting gaara

note all of them took grate power and the 2ed 2 had speed aswell just goes to show how it is usefull

Orochimaru is a master of ninjutsu/kinjutsu, he didn't use any ninjutsu in that battle. Things would definitely change if he can form handseal and use ninjutsu.

about the three sannin fight, jiraiya was drugged (30 percent of his power) and oro had no hands (half of his power or even less) these two were handicapped. tsunade cannot win against any of the two sannins in a 1on1 fight (she is a medic for the love of god), if oro had his hands back then, he would have eaten her (no brainer). this is turning to an oro vs tsuande POINTLESS thread (who is stronger is obvious)

Just for the sake of clarification. Tsunade was at a handicap as well. When she fought in the battle she was no longer a shinobi and hadn't been apparently since Dan died. Thus, she was extremely out of practice, by almost 30 years.
In addition, it is a manga fact that she was also unrested.
She also fought a battle before engaging in the sannin battle
and opted to take Orochimaru's sword attacks and heal from them which means depleted chakra levels
And finally, due to the fact that she was drunk the night before, it's likely she had a hangover

isnt super strength useless unless your fast enough to hit the other person. Tsunade is one example. Remember the fight when orochimaru asked her to heal his arm and she tried to punch them but she was too slow.

Tsutenkyaku is a Taijutsu move Used by Tsunade and According to the data book, if anyone is caught in the immediate strike zone, it absolutely means instant Death

She was Out of practice almost by 20-30 years, and She was not a shinobi. And she also had depleted chakra levels, so she was not at her best, Nor were the other sannin
She also didnt have sleep For a whole week
