I recently visited more threads talking about how Itachi is so much better than Minato and how Minato is so much better than Itachi. Well now this is the final debate in the war. Who wins? Super Itachi, or Super Minato? And no, there won't be interferences. The almighty Shino won't get involved this time. We will finally know who is the better shinobi right now. Itachi has EVERYTHING, SUSANOO, YATA MIRROR, TOTSUKA SWORD! AND he is 100% healthy. MINATO has EVERYTHING, his SPEED, FTG, ALL OF HIS SUMMONINGS AND SEALING TECHNIQUES. THERE ARE NO RESTRAINTS, NOBODY jumping in to mess up the fight. THIS IS THE ULTIMATE BATTLE.

Itachi has it imo. Tsukoyomi is the first thing Itachi would do, greatly fatiguing Minato. Throw out an Amaterasu to make Minato dodge right into Totsuka Sword and bam...no more Minato. Minato also was also a generation earlier than Itachi so he wouldn't know how to deal with his Mangekyou. No disrespect to Minato though, he is a beast in his own ways. He was the Fourth after all, but Itachi is superior.
