Hood was a S-rank assaaain that worked for T.A.N.K(The Assassins N Killers) corperation run and founded by Teran Anthony Nigel Knight. Hood was Knights Right hand man and with the dissappearnce of knight came the downfall of the secret society of T.A.N.K thus leading them all to split up and scatter to the winds.
Rumors went around the nation between the society with Hoods name to blame for the dissappearance and murder of Knight, then begat the Rise of a new foundation D.A.R.K (Deadly assassins and Revengeful killers) now lead by Knights younger brother Day Angelo Roderick Knight as he and the reunited assassin n killers now search for Hood in revengeful Anger.
Hood suspiscions of Knights true murderer began to unfold with evidence revealing that his masters true killer was none other then Day himself who created this group knowing that Hood was Knights most powerful and respected henchman. jealous of Hoods power Day killed Knight and demanded the death of Hood but was unsuccessful as Hood obliterated everyone that stood against him.

Background: Born as a loner without noone in his life he was moved to froster homes here and there and didn't have a real family. He was we was younger in school he was always made fun of because of his hot tempter and his hair always turned from black to red when ever he got mad. When we was in highschool he love a girl that was dating the captain of the football team and he took her from him. Live then got jumped by the team. They tryed to kill him but he fought back and breath fire that made them run away. live caught the captain and grabbed his face and in his hand his face melted. He then realized to fight for only himself and what he believed in. He then went into the army and was very aggressive and learned to control his rage and mastered his fire and became a assassin. Mostly wears a hood with mask on doesn't take it off unless he is in a serious fight.

Unique Element: While derived from Fire,Komand'r is in fact its own element therefore cant be classes as fire.This means that Fire absorption or Heat intake powers are useless against it.
Creature creation: Hawke can use his Black fire to create animals or mythical creatures to fight and defend for him.On his command he can mold any black fire on the field into anything he wishes,He can also deform them to make them release a fiery explosion.

A method of movement focused on moving around obstacles with speed and efficiency, Talon is capable of wall-climbing and other such feets which he can perform with or without the use of equipment.

Being a hired assassin and thief, Talon is extremely skilled at moving, proceeding or acting in a covert manner.

Talon's possesses the ability to absorb the psyche and abilities of another human being (or members of some sentient alien races) through skin contact. Talon can absorb the memories, powers, knowledge, talents, personality, and physical abilities (whether superhuman or not) of the person he touches. The victim's abilities and memories are absorbed for a one to 60 ratio of time of contact e.g. when touching a victim for 1 second, Talon can use their abilities for 60 seconds. This absorption usually leaves the victim weakened, and sometimes renders them unconscious. Their powers may also be temporarily weakened or removed. However, it has been suggested countless times by Talon himself that he is capable of absorbing the abilities/powers of a victim and keeping it permanently - however, to do this, Talon must perform a sequence of actions rather than just by a mere touch and it may present major risks to Talon i.e. risk of him losing his absorption ability permanently in place of his new power. Talon is also capable of controlling this power at will i.e. he can activate and deactivate it at will, can make his touch lethal on his enemies if he chooses or his touch non-lethal on his friends. His mastery of the blade quickly marked him as a threat, and Noxian villain and hero guilds sent assassins to him with a demand: join their ranks or be killed. He left the bodies of his pursuers dumped in Noxus' nightclubs as his response.
The assassination attempts grew increasingly dangerous until one assailant met Talon blade-for-blade in a match of strength. To his surprise, Talon was disarmed and facing down his executioner's sword when the assassin revealed himself to be the supervillain, "Insert Name here". The man offered Talon the choice between death at his hand, or life as an agent of the Noxian High Command (a guild/group of villains dedicated to committing evil things lol). Talon chose life, on the condition that his service was to "the man" alone, for the only type of orders he could respect were from one he could not defeat. Talon remained in the shadows, carrying out secret missions on "the man's" orders that took him from the city of Noxus to the inner sanctums of New York City. When "the man" suddenly vanished, Talon considered reclaiming his freedom, but he had gained immense respect for "him" after years in his service. He became obsessed with tracking down "the man's" whereabouts. Talon's suspicions led him to the doors of the Couteau where he continues to stay to this day...

-Absorbing abilities can't be lethal, meaning his touch can't be lethal. Also i will only accept it to happen 3 times per fight at most.
-Teleporting ability needs a resctrition regarding it being visible or not (i purpose it to have a certain visible energy signature like a split second before arrival) and you can only teleport once every 3 seconds and only taking up to your own mass with you.

The assassination attempts grew increasingly dangerous until one assailant met Talon blade-for-blade in a match of strength. The man offered Talon the choice between death at his hand, or life as an agent of the Noxian High Command (a guild/group of villains dedicated to committing evil things lol). Talon chose life, on the condition that his service was to "the man" alone, for the only type of orders he could respect were from one he could not defeat. Talon remained in the shadows, carrying out secret missions on "the man's" orders that took him from the city of Noxus to the inner sanctums of New York City. When "the man" suddenly vanished, Talon considered reclaiming his freedom, but he had gained immense respect for "him" after years in his service. He shows immense experience and knowledge beyond his years with both ancient and modern weapons - which makes sense since he had been an orphan all his life and had to keep himself alive by his quick wits and deft thievery in the seedy underbelly of Noxus, a high-industrialized town in Italy.

A method of movement focused on moving around obstacles with speed and efficiency, Talon is capable of wall-climbing and other such feets which he can perform with or without the use of equipment.

Talon's possesses the ability to absorb the psyche and abilities of another human being (or members of some sentient alien races) through skin contact. Talon can absorb the memories, powers, knowledge, talents, personality, and physical abilities (whether superhuman or not) of the person he touches. The victim's abilities and memories are absorbed for a one to 60 ratio of time of contact e.g. when touching a victim for 1 second, Talon can use their abilities for 60 seconds. ~Approved~ Edit the mass. Nothing wrong with carrying something with you. The problem would be if you could teleport a building with you or something like that. Lol ^^
Name of the Character: Renges Age: 19 Afiliation: Good Role: Super Hero
Main Power: Can absorb the energy (potential if the parts in a machine are stationary or kinetic if they are moving)from the machines he touch and then he gain some power which allow him to throw back the energy at the enemy, which take a form of a purple sphere.(Just the color to define how it looks like). But if absorbed too much like absorbing powers from overcharged generator, Renges will faint in the field and then this mean that it causes overload within his body. He cannot control many energy. This mean that he works like a computer, if he abosrb energy from virus-infected machine, it will trouble him like he will have a fever like ammonia until the virus is released.
Secondary/Support Power: This ability allow Renges to have close relation to a machine, and he can send back the energy to another machine, he can recreate one's functionality and make out another type of machine from it. This also allow him to stop a power generator or open a door which require fingerprint.
E.g: If manipulate on a vending machine, the machine will launch cans at the enemy at fast rate, which mean this allow Renges to hack some data from the enemy's computer just by touching it.
Background: * When Renges was a kid, he love to examine the machine, one day, he accidentally touch the radio-active machine that his father, the greatest machine maker in the city, and shock by it which make him forget his past, and gain the ability to absorb energy from machine. He then run away from his house with fear and never return, while he is wondering in back alley, a man take him to his house, and then he slowly gain his memory back, and Renges rush towards his home, but too late and was destroyed in the villan attack. Still his father and mother status was unknown. He then become a free lancer and capture villains. His cells become like a machine. Sometimes when he thought about how their house was burnt, his brain hurts and give him trouble.
Main Power: Kinetic/potential Manipulation[Master]-Anthony's main ability is to take the potential energy stored in an object and quickly change "charging" the object with the his kinetic energy manipulation ability but his ability allows him to also control other kinetic/potential energy so if a grenade explodes near him he can stop the blast coming towards him,contain it and increase it's power and then release it back again to his desired direction within milliseconds.
Kinetic control-Anthony can easily control the kinetic/potential that he had contain by compressing it thus making it into a small ball or any shape he desire so once he compresses it he can then move the energy around and send the energy to a desired location.
Kinetic blast-Once Anthony charges a object with kinetic energy he can throw the object away but still maintain the energy stored in it but that does not mean he can still increase it but just contain it in the object and releasing it when ever he wishes.
Kinetic altered senses-Anthony due to his unique ability can easily change the energy store within him to get more heightened senses such as higher level reflexes,more "Jumping" power,powered punches etc.
Kinetic changes-Since Anthony can change or increase the level of the kinetic energy stored within a object he can also do the opposite.Anthony can easily decrease the kinetic energy of a object he physically touches.
Secondary/Support Power: Regeneration/Anti-ageing[Master]-Anthony depends on this ability more than anything as,his main ability to make things "explode" so things which he causes to explode might happen near him so this regeneration ability allows him to heal in a matter of seconds and due to his experimentation he is immune to most poisons and other types of drugs.

Mechanical Eyes-The mechanical eyes Anthony inherited allowed him to have High level vision, most noticeably his variety of hacking operations through his ingenious software,complete identity of objects that he sees,including cars,planes and other mechanically registered objects and complete vision at night.
Infor-link-The hardware that is implanted in Anthony's ears and brain allows him to communicate with the hardware.This hardware allows Anthony to have directions through the GPS system in the hardware or when ever he wants to have a random talk.
Background: Anthony was the son of a great doctor,whom was part of the american special medical unit.The ASMU was a special division in the american government where experiments to make "Super-soldiers" or "Enhanced" regeneration.Anthony's father was the head at the ASMU thus was considered a genius in the making...but there was another side to that genius...his father was obsessed on creating super-soldiers and high level regeneration so he started doing experiments on various animals and plants but all of them resulting in failure.One day when he received the call of his wife giving birth he went to the hospital and saw his baby son in a nearby cot,but suddenly a though exploded in his head...a desire to make his son strong...to make him invincible so from that day on he was giving his son drugs and was conducting various experiments on him without him wife knowing,But after 14 years of him doing this,his wife found out and was shouting at him about all the things done to anthony but little anthony was never aware of the dangerous experiments done on him and this caused a severe trauma on him finding his power but it came with a price...Anthony in pure rage slammed his hand on the floor of the house and charged it with very high level kinetic explosion causing a massive explosion,killing every one near a 100 meters around the house.Thanks to Anthony's regenerative ability he healed from the explosion and fled but due to the big explosion, Anthony's eye's became heavily damaged which lead him to blindness so after the explosion he fled and visited his friend David Mourne,who was a CEO at a leading bio-technology company.Then Anthony pleaded with his friend to help him and then David suggested to try out a new mechanical eye the company had developed and then without an option,Anthony agreed and then after three hours of surgery Anthony inherited two mechanical eyes which allowed him to connect to a hardware called "Zeus-X4" which is implanted in his ear and brain which allowed him to see every object to the highest detail,including the objects separate parts and how to disable it,easy hacking,High level vision etc.After this Surgery Anthony became something much more than a human...he became the first Cyborg... =DD

Kennedy was a very smart boy in school and was always on top of his class but unknown to him he had superpowers,one day when he came back from school he met his house damaged and his parents where being held hostage the all of a sudden his father and mother where killed in front of his eyes so he was filled with rage and suddenly the room started glowing green showing his ability to use radiation then he was shot by one of the rubbers but his body hardened and he adapted to that situation,he blasted the robbers with radiation and the rubbers died with immediate effect.

Name of the Character: Gordon Hyson Age: 16 Afiliation: Nuetral (Good, if absolutely required) Role: A Person With Supernatural Abilities (Sidekick) Main Power: Particle Manipulation - Hyson has the ability to "guide" particles by amplifying the electrical impulses in the nuerons firing in his brain to a point where the electrical output can come in contact with particles outside his body. In all essence, this allows him to compress particles of gaseous or liquid matter to a point where it acts like a solid, or spread out particles in solid or liquid matter to a point where it acts like a gas, and all imbetween. He also has the ability to accellerate the vibration of particles to a high speed, allowing him to cause spontaneous combustion. By commanding air particles around an object to compress and become "solid", and then telling it to move, he gains a pseudo-telekinesis.
