Secondary/Support Power:Sword master: Hood can use any bladed and blunt weapon at mastery level. weapon of choice: self made Vibranium Katana
Background:

He quietly creeps the city of streets as the silent assassin. this Hitman has a 100% record for killing his targets. His boss Shogun is a well known badass and uses Hood only when his foot ninja cannot complete the task.

Betrayed by Shogun Hood was then set as a target for he was now more powerful and well known and feared than his own boss yet he layed his 100% loyalty in him, he was then hunted whilst on a job, and was attacked by thousand of 'shadowfoot'(shoguns second elite ninja).... They were no match. Hood then went Rogue and attacked his own Bosses HQ in retaliation to the betrayal. then defeating his master he left the HQ shredded and in shambles.

Hood now raoms the Super Villian Streets looking for a new master.

Vibranium is a type of metal in the marvel universe. Captain america's shield is made out of this it's almost near indestructible.

As a result, the more energy vibranium absorbs the tougher it becomes. Due to this, Roxxon found it necessary to destroy the island and blew it up with bombs. Main Power: Can absorb the energy(potential if the parts in a machine are stationary or kinetic if they are moving)from the machines he touch and then he gain some power which allow him to throw back the energy at the enemy, which take a form of a purple sphere. This also allow him to stop a generator. But if absorbed too much like absorbing powers from overcharged generator, Renges will faint in the field.

Secondary/Support Power: This ability allow Renges to have close relation to a machine, and he can send back the energy to another machine, he can recreate one's functionality and make a laser gun or a cannon.
E.g: If manipulate on a vending machine, the machine will launch cans at the enemy at fast rate, which mean this allow Renges to hack some data from the enemy's computer just by touching it.

Background: * When Renges was a kid, he love to examine the machine, one day, he accidentally touch the radio-active machine that his father, the greatest machine maker in the city, and shock by it which make him forget his past, and gain the ability to absorb energy from machine. He then run away from his house with fear and never return, while he is wondering in back alley, a man take him to his house, and then he slowly gain his memory back, and Renges rush towards his home, but too late and was destroyed in the villan attack. Still his father and mother status was unknown. He then become a free lancer and capture villains.

He can also change his body into pure aura. When in a pure aura form, the user cannot use any other power.
Background: Forte was an expirimental Jappanese Internet Navigator program created with human DNA in order to destroy any powerful criminal threats by absorbing their powers. He was given a Navi police badge that merges with his chest and began to fight Net crime. Eventually, he became too powerful to be controlled by the government and broke free, ripping off his badge leaving a permanent scar on his chest. He then began to fight as a vigilante, using his powers for what he considered to be "good". Because of his human DNA, he was eventually able to break free of the Net and become a Superhuman vigilante with views for his own utopian society.

Main Power: Advance Character Adaptation - Like any other freak of nature, theres something in Yusuke's blood that enables his body to take on the characteristics of people, animal or anything that is capable of performing work (Robots, Golems, Water/Fire Manifestations, etc). Although this works on other characters, Yusuke would only have 75% of their capabilities. For example, if Hero A is able to carry a total of a 100 trucks, Yusuke would only be able to carry 75 trucks if he took on Hero A's abilities. This was probably because Yusuke's powers were never meant to fully work on humans but only on animals and others. The characteristic and abilities of cheetahs and wolves are permanently stuck within Yusuke's powers allowing him to utilize it any time he wants. This allows him to grow fangs, claws, fur and gain incredible speed. Yusuke has to be fighting in an environment with other animals in order to gain their ability and cannot keep their abilities for other battles or environments.

**Note : Yusuke can only keep the abilities of humans and animals that he utilizes within that period of time.

Secondary/Support Power: Animal Manipulation - Yusuke has the ability to manipulate the minds of animals and control them to his will. Can be released at any point of time Yusuke wants.

Background: The first thing the eyes of little, human baby Yusuke obtained to the world were wolves out in the wild. It was a funny thing that they didn't eat Yusuke up, but why would they? Wasn't Yusuke one of them? Partially true since Yusuke grew fur, fangs and claws. The wolves misunderstood him for one of their own and raised Yusuke up. After a few years, Yusuke developed and learned the way of the wolves. It was long after that Yusuke was brought out to the ranks of defending the pack alongside the other wolves. Many of the battles Yusuke fought to protect was against cheetahs which were one of the most common animals within their area. One day while fighting, Yusuke, who was only 9 years old, grew cheetah fur instead but didn't know why. He concentrated hard to turn his fur back, frightened by the thought of the wolves mistaking him for the enemy. Yusuke managed to obtain his regular, wolf fur back. Luckily nobody saw due to the on-going battle he thought till he noticed a single wolf that was glaring at him. He knew that, that wolf was going to be a threat to Yusuke's existence so Yusuke killed it the very night and continued living among the wolves. It was that same night that Yusuke learned about his powers and utilize it. At the age of 14, Yusuke's powers were discovered by the wolves and Yusuke was banished even though he fought by the side of wolves for all those years. From that day on, Yusuke lived alone in the woods just around town fighting for the safety of humans as he learned about who he was in the process.

Main Power: Cole has the ability to absorb any power that is shot at him with a marking on his left hand and then shoot a weaker version of it back at the opponent with a smaller marking under the one that absorbs. But if I absorb to much I will pass out for a few hours.

Secondary/Support Power: Cole has the ability to teleport like nightcrawler from x men but to shorter distances.

Background: Cole lived a normal life nothing to special. Exept that he lived in a city of mutants. When he was growing up his powers came in quickly so he had time to master them and control them. But one day he lost control when a school bully made fun of the markings on his hands Cole thrust his hand out and drained the kid of his powers and then he shot it right back out in a weaker state which knocked the bully out and made all the kids scared of cole so he became sad and angry which led to fits and fights with his parents which eventually they could not take so thy put him on the streets. Cole now lives on the streets where he has learned to master his powers and learned to kill and steal with them waiting for a real challenge to come so he can acctualy fight...

~Declined~ Mach 4 is faster than the flash. Its too much. With such momemtum you'd tear your body apart if you touched anything. Also, you'd need highten senses, strong body, etc to use such a level of speed. OP and too much even for this RP. Secondary/Support Power: Super speed and heightened reflexes , it goes beyond just being able to move at high speeds . Rokusho can also use the super speed to heighten the speeds of his punches and kicks and so on

Secondary/Support Power: Hawke's secondary as his name suggests is to do with the animal 'Hawk'.He is able to grow a huge pair of Hawk wings out his back giving him to ability of flight,he takes of the main characteristics of a hawk having Almost perfect vision begin able to see everything clearly from long distances.He is able to attack enemy's by shooting razors sharp feathers like bullets out of his Hands and wings that can easily slice through skin and Most normal metals and materials.He can communicate with Hawks and use them like scouts and even direct groups to attack.In dire need he is able to fully transform into a Large hawk creature.

Background: Hawke was born into a powerfull family of Mafia or so called 'business men'. Releasing Hawke's potentional they sent him out on Jobs to burn down other factory's or buildings of rival company's or even men.When Hawke got older he released it wasnt what he wanted and tried to leave, unlikely to let their best prize go they confined Hawke into total darkness for years while they flogged him to secret military.In this Total darkness Hawke trained for years boosting his power up to the standard it is today as well as his mature attitude he has today.He broke out and murdered his 'family' as well as encasing their company in black flames burning it down to the ground.He entered a city full of hate and crime but also views,he vowed to fight for what he believed in and left for his
journey.

Hawkes Main power is the ability to create 'Black fire'(Komand'r)from his hands and mouth.As its name suggests it derives from fire but is more versatile and less destructive than normal Fire.Hawke can manipulate The flames which are much more controlled to cover objects,create seas of fire and use it as a shield to cover his body or an area.He can create creates and guardians to attack for him and even clones to attack.Like normal fire he can set things alight and use it as a light source and create fireballs to shoot at enemys.

Unique Element: While derived from Fire,Komand'r is in fact its own element therefore cant be classes as fire.This means that Fire absorption or Heat intake powers are useless against it.

Creature creation: Hawke can use his Black fire to create animals or mythical creatures to fight and defend for him.On his command he can mold any black fire on the field into anything he wishes,He can also deform them to make them release a fiery explosion.

Fire Projectiles: The ability to make construct projectiles out of black flames ( and shoot them at opponents).He can also make Sphere shapes and arrows literally any weapon he wants to use.

Heat resistance:Since its his own element,Hawke has had extensive training with it.Therefore his body has gained immunity to extreme heats so he can cover his own body with Black fire.He also has resistance to Fire meaning he can survive high temperatures.

Hawke's secondary as his name suggests is to do with the animal 'Hawk'.He is able to grow a huge pair of Hawk wings out his back giving him to ability of flight,he takes of the main characteristics of a hawk having Almost perfect vision begin able to see everything clearly from long distances.He is able to attack enemy's by shooting razors sharp feathers like bullets out of his Hands and wings that can easily slice through skin and Most normal metals and materials.He can communicate with Hawks and use them like scouts and even direct groups to attack.In dire need he is able to fully transform into a Large hawk creature.

Vision:Hawke has amazing vision that can see past nearlly everyone on the Planet.He has the vision of a Hawk which allows him to see perfectly from long distances to every little detail.It also gives him to advantage of being able to spot weaknesses or little things that would go unnoticed.

Hearing:Hawke has superior hearing that can hear even tiny vibrations in the ground to load noises.Using this he can pinpoint enemy's positions very accurately without the need of vision.

Hawk Wings:Hawke has the amazing feature of hawk wings which grow out of his back. They have a massive wingspan with in about the length of his body allowing him to stay in the air for extreme periods of time.He cant shoot razor sharp feathers which are like bullets out of his wings in massive hordes to kill enemy's as well as out of his hand.In his time of need he can completel his transformation and morph into a massive Hawke with increased speed.

Background: Hawke was born into a powerfull family of Mafia or so called 'business men'. Releasing Hawke's potentional they sent him out on Jobs to burn down other factory's or buildings of rival company's or even men.When Hawke got older he released it wasnt what he wanted and tried to leave, unlikely to let their best prize go they confined Hawke into total darkness for years while they flogged him to secret military.In this Total darkness Hawke trained for years boosting his power up to the standard it is today as well as his mature attitude he has today.He broke out and murdered his 'family' as well as encasing their company in black flames burning it down to the ground.He entered a city full of hate and crime but also views,he vowed to fight for what he believed in and left for his

Background: Born as a loner without noone in his life he was moved to froster homes here and there and didn't have a real family. He was we was younger in school he was always made fun of because of his hot tempter and his hair always turned from black to red when ever he got mad. When we was in highschool he love a girl that was dating the captain of the football team and he took her from him. Live then got jumped by the team.
