Now my clone will take you and I want you to intercept his attack in between your knee and elbow. How this works is you raise your knee up and bring your elbow straight down hard and fast to brake his limb.

Now charge at my clone and do a high vertical kick to my clone's head. With the momentum from running then shifting it into a kick should be great enough to push my clone off the ground and send him flying.
