Well i have seen some people hold two summoning contracts even though they are not kage!!!
i thought the rule stated one summon when u are a jounin and then the other when u are kage rank??

Crows contract was approved recently his other contract might be older though not sure?!!

this is slightly off topic but its true that if you sign someone elses summoning contract you can submit a summon for it right?

The rule was said so, but maybe that guy gets the first contract before the rules, like me, i get two summoning but i can't use them both in the batlle, but i'm not sure about it, you can ask Crow sensei about this.

Ya i know we cannot use two at a time in the same battle but can we keep two contracts?

well.. mcafeezy have answer it... but if you still confuse, just ask Rag or Caliburn about it...? i've ask Crow and he allowed it.

That rule was already there before the summoning update, now we just made it more clear. So people who signed two contracts before they became kage broke the rules. They can keep their summoning contracts, however they can only use one if they're not kage rank yet.
