Summoning Jiraya....

I doubt Jiriaya will be summoned back but if I'm not mistaken I remember Kabuto saying me could get Jiriaya's DNA from Pain's weapons the Madara told him not to press his luck. Jiriaya is incredibly strong and would be one of the top dogs in this war.

Yea as previously stated, Kabuto told Madara that he could some Jiraiya if he was given access to the Chakra rod weapons used to kill him. As well as Shisui if he could get the eye madara took from danzo.
However madara said no to both of those ideas.

U know kabuto's explaination of why he cant find jiraiya seems weak to me.

I mean doesn't he have that gaint snake he can go inside and search underwater? One would think that would do the trick.I think the frog village should go get the body incase doesn't seem ironclad sercuity that jiraiya's body cant be reteived.

It could be just a ploy on kabuto's part to fool madara.

Apart from the hokages, Jiraiya is the only character left that hasn't been summoned in the present story line of the series. There's is still orochimaru but he techniclaly isn't dead.

Kabuto needs his DNA, and his body is lost at the bottom of the Rain Village sea. BTW I think Kabuto even said that

your right kabuto did say that and he also said that there was probably still dna on peins weapons

In addition to some of the ways posted already in this thread (Manda searching underwater for Kabuto, blood from the Pein fight), do we really believe Orochimaru, the foremost geneticist in the Naruto series, and a former member of the legendary Sanin, would not have collected even a fragment of Jaraiya's DNA? I find that hard to believe.
