Would it be cool if someone create summoning jutsu And summon Flying Dragons Your Opinions What do you think

I think I remember that it showed that a person can summon a dragon but I forgot which episode was it.

Someone can.

In a naruto filler episode (i forget which) there were these copy ninjas who were really weak, and tried to copy the techniques of ninjas around the world.

For instance, one used a weak version of Gaara's sand.

They also used a summoning jutsu to summon dragons that were actually just, like, projections or soemthing.... that would mean that someone in the naruto world can summon dragons

Yeah summons are based on a contract so some one can have a contract with dragons and then teach it to other members.you could summon almost any type of animal/mytical creature if you got the summonig contract
