Ok good, good. Heres hoping that we have fun training ^^

For our training this is the template you have to follow.

The first few are fairly easy, the first is simply you performing the technique. Use a good amount of description and don't forget to use nature and shape manipulation when I mention it. The next two are simply the advantages and disadvantages that are accompanied with the technique we are learning. Whether that be trapping your opponent or losing sight of him from the scale of the technique to name a couple examples.

While with the techniques that counter you simply have to copy/paste the a technique that you think counters the one we are learning and give a small explanation why you think so.(1-2 sentences). Also with this try to think outside the box so don't always go straight for the element that its weak to, doing so will help you understand battling more and will actually help you in fights.

As for speed of use you factor in the techniques preparation time(handseals, etc) where it actually forms(near you, near your opponent) and its travel speed to assign it as slow, medium or fast. Along with that give it a small explanation on why you assigned it so.


So with that out of the way is there any questions about the template or anything before we begin?

(Suiton: Suishi no Jutsu) – Water Drowning Technique
Perform the technique: While positioning mid range from his opponent and not to far away from a nearby water source, Neji begins to gather up a sufficient amount of his chakra and concentrates to transform it into suiton. While he is doing so, he simultaneously starts to weave the necessary sequence of hand seals [Boar → Dog → Horse → Tiger]; molding his chakra with each movement. Immediately afterwards, he focuses his water chakra into that nearby water source and by doing so, he uses shape manipulation to form a large body of water into a spiraling stream of water that is guided to attack my opponent in several angles

Advantages: Can attack my opponent in several angles, and it can go up to mid range.

Disadvantages: Needs a water source & hand seals, and it can't go into long range.

Techniques that counter this one: I would counter this with "(Doton: Iwa no Hogo) - Earth Release: Earth Shelter Technique" because it can protect me in all angles in which the water will attack me.

Speed of use: I would rate this as medium/slow because I would need to create my suiton chakra, weave the hand seals, transfer it to the nearby water source.

As he is doing this, he builds up us a pretty sufficient amount of his chakra and proceeds to mold said suiton chakra, while simultaneously channeling it into the water source below him. After doing so, he uses shape manipulation to create a large swirling whirlpool that sucks his opponent underwater.

Advantages: Requires no hand seals and it can extend up to mid range.

Disadvantages: You need a water source, my opponent has to be on the water & it can't go up to long range.

Techniques that counter this one: I would counter this jutsu with "(Doton: Yomi Numa) - Earth Style: Swamp of the Underworld" so that the whirlpool itself would be nullified by the mass of mud.

Description: The user will first perform Boar → Tiger and then by changing the surface of an object beneath an enemy into mud and creating a non flammable swamp, the user can sink his enemy into the mud. The adhesive, chakra-infused mud ensnares the enemy's body, making it almost impossible to recover one's strength and escape from the swamp. The size and depth of the created swamp depends on the user's skill and the amount of chakra used, but if the user is an expert in this technique, it will always be possible to make a fair-sized swamp which is extremely effective against a great number of enemies or when having to face gigantic creatures.

Speed of use: I would rate this as fast as you don't need hand seal to perform and there's already water to use so there's no time wasted to come up with my own.

Description:After performing the Ram → Snake → Tiger hand seals the user creates a flammable black mist that forms a small cloud. The user can then move the cloud above their target and disperse it, covering the target in flammable oil.

Channel your suiton chakra into the air in front of you. There build up a small amount of your chakra, as you do so form the Ram>Snake>Tiger hand seals. Then focus your chakra and use nature and shape transformation to first form your chakra into a flammable black liquid in front of you then shape it into a small cloud. Control this cloud and move it into the air above my clone, once there disperse it and release the flammable oil contained within. Keep in mind with this technique that oil is slippery. it could be used to your advantage.

While underground one can sense what is happening on the surface and use the information to launch a surprise attack on the enemy. Once can also hide deep in the ground, escaping to a depth where the enemy cant reach. It also appears that after digging, the ground can be returned to its original state, leaving no trace of where the user entered the earth. While inside the earth, the user cannot make handseals and can only use Earth techniques below C-Rank. If he tries to do a higher ranked technique, he'll disrupt the Hiding like a mole technique and be left crushed.
Speed of use: I would rate this as medium/slow because of the hand seals required and it doesn't specify how fast the cloud is moving.

Description: After performing the required hand seals Boar → Dog → Ram the user creates a waterfall by developing spring water in a place without water veins and manipulating the resulting water current to form a wave. This is a very convenient technique as it can be used for training or relaxation. On the other hand, because it changes the environment on a large scale, it also has the effect of hiding one's location from the enemy by confusing them. The width of the water source, waterfall, and basin can be expended, as long as the user continues to send chakra in.

Channel your suiton chakra into the ground in front of you and build up a small amount there. Then focus the chakra while performing the Boar>Dog>Ram hand seals, then use nature manipulation to form a reservoir of water in front of you. Then use shape manipulation to form it into a wave that will crash down upon my clone.

Description: The user will manipulate one of their water clones to dissolve back to water and turn into four pointed projectiles that shoot at the target.
Note: Must create a water clone before hand.

First create a water clone and have him start to attack my clone. As he does so focus more suiton chakra into your clone and build up a small amount in him. Then focus your amassed chakra and use nature manipulation to change your clone back into water, then use shape transformation and form the water into four spear-like projectiles. Launch these at my clone and skewer him.

Description: The user will first strike their target with couple of punches and kicks them lifting the target into the air and the user will then concentrate their chakra into their palm and then swinging their arm in a arc they release chakra creating a cresent blade of water that strike the target.

Channel your suiton chakra into one of your arms, building up a small amount there. Then advance on my clone and perform a small taijutsu combo on him, ending with him being launched into the air. Then as he is in the air, focus your previously built up chakra and swing your arm in an arc. Use both nature and shape manipulation to first release water towards my clone and to then shape the water into a crescent blade. Slice through him and make him disperse.

Ok a relatively simple technique. Channel your suiton chakra onto the ground beneath my clone and build up a small amount there. Then focus thhe chakra, using nature manipulation to change it into water and then shape manipulation to control the water and cause it to shoot up and knock my clone into the air. Also note that this technique can be used on yourself to help you dodge/move around.

Perform the technique: While Neji is standing mid range from his opponent, he begins to concentrate as he is mustering up his chakra. As he is doing this, he builds up us a pretty sufficient amount of his chakra and proceeds to mold said chakra inside of his body and uses nature manipulation to create very damp suiton. When Neji is finished building up his water chakra, he channels it into the ground. After doing so, he uses shape manipulation to create water to rise up from the ground beneath the his opponent and lifts them into the air.

Advantages: Requires no hand seals nor a water source and it enables me to use a jutsu that requires a jutsu that requires my opponent to be in mid air.

Disadvantages: Someone with a dojutsu can see the water chakra coming up under them and it can't go up to long range.

Techniques that counter this one: I would counter this with "(Doton: Doryūkatsu) - Earth Release: Earth Flow Divide" so that the water would not be able to reach me.

Description: The user will first perform the required hand seals Rabbit → Boar → Rat → Horse → Tiger → Snake and slamming the hands on the ground, the user can, by flowing concentrated chakra into the Dragon Veins flowing underground, tear the earth apart, creating large chasms by raising the earth in two oposite sides in the desired location and then splitting that piece of earth through the center. The length, width, direction, and curve of the chasm are all up to the user. Manipulating the Dragon Veins requires fine chakra control, but if one has such skill, they can use this technique to divide the space between the enemy and their own team in two, destroy enemy camps or defences, and even to attack.
Note: This does not split the earth appart directly to cause opponents to fall in the fissure.

Speed of use: I would rate this as fast/medium due to the lack of hand seals but the time it takes to reach my opponent.
