Ok everything is good in your reply apart from your counter. It wouldn't work, the hand seal string is not only too long that the water pillar thrust would still knock you into the air but even if you got the earth technique off it would leave you in a bad position. I suppose it would work if you did it directly underneath you but then your in the air which isn't a good place to be :p so I want you to try to think of another counter to this technique, ill give you a hint it has to have no hand seals. Post the technique and give me a small explanation on why you think it counters it :)

Could it be "(Doton: Yochi no Douyou) - Earth Release: World Shaking" since my opponent wouldn't be able to channel their water chakra into the ground due to the fact that they'd loose their balance?

Nope sorry, I asked you to counter the technique which means your assuming the water technique has begun first. Leaving you little time to counter it. Your jutsu would knock your opponent off balance but you'd be hit with the water jutsu before this happens so its ineffective. Your two options are to either use a technique that can defend you from a jutsu that is directly beneath you or to dodge the water entirely. For the defensive technique either of the earth armors would suffice as they form quickly and directly over your body, meaning you'd see the water forming, use this technique and the earth forms quickly enough to protect you from the water.

(Doton: Koka no Jutsu) - Earth Release: Hardening Technique

Description: The user releases a burst of earth chakra from all over his body. As he does this, a multitude of rock seemingly grows from his skin, forming a large, dense armour or rock much bigger and bulkier than the users original size. The armour can be manipulated and used to create extendable weapons to strike a target with like rudimentary swords or hammers. The downside is that the user cannot mold techniques from other elements a part from earth while sustaining the armor. The armor can be manifested in only specific parts of the body if the user so chooses.

Description: This Technique coats the users body with stones, making them much more resistant to attacks, at the cost of their speed. Whilst using this technique, the user can even change their appearance, but once the technique is either defeated or worn off the users original appearance is shown. The user whilst in this armor is resistant to B rank ninjutsu techniques but is vulnerable to Lightning Techniques.

For the option to dodge the technique you'll need some kind of fast, handseal-less technique that moves you. Your two most obvious options are the wind techniques that do this. With one needing you to simply punch towards the ground to move away and the other needing you to simply jump and then exhale from your mouth.

Description: After making the ram hand seal the user generates water around their right arm and then by thrusting their arm forwards they release the water in the form of a projectile bullet that drives through the opponent pushing them back several feet.

Channel your suiton chakra into your right arm and build up a small amount there. Then perform the ram hand seal and focus the chakra out of your arm, first use nature manipulation to change the chakra into water and then use shape manipulation to form the water around your arm. Then thrust your hand forwards and release the water as a projectile towards my clone and knock him back. Remember this is only a short range technique, it'd be useful a sa little surprise in close range fights.

As he is doing this, he builds up us a pretty sufficient amount of his chakra and proceeds to mold said chakra inside of his body and uses nature manipulation to create very damp suiton while simultaneously weaving the ram hand seal. When Neji is finished building up his water chakra, he uses shape manipulation to cause a large amount of water to form around his right arm. The then releases the water as bullets and direct them towards his opponent; and when they make contact, it drives through them and pushes them back several feet.

Advantages: Only needs one hand seal, requires no water source and is useful for gaining distance between me and my opponent.

Disadvantages: It's short ranged.

Techniques that counter this one: A simple earth wall should suffice.

Description: The user will create a moving body of water beneath him that travels towards the opponent carrying the user. They then slash the opponent with their sword multiple times.

A simple technique. Focus your suiton chakra onto the ground below you and build up a small amount there. Then use nature manipulation to change your chakra into water, then manipulate this water and use it to carry yourself forwards and slash my clone with a sword or kunai. A useful technique if you want to get closer to the enemy as you move and put pressure on them at the same time.

Advantages: No hand seals, no water source needed at a sword is involved which can do much damage since it is a barrage of slashes.

Disadvantages: Can't go up to mid range.

Techniques that counter this one: While my opponent is heading towards me, I would use the earth spike technique so that I would penetrate the water and pierce through the opponent and stop them dead in their tracks.

(Doton: Ganchūsō) - Earth Release: Stone Spikes

Speed of use: I would rate this as medium/slow since it doesn't specify how fast the water moves towards the target.

( Suiton: Nagareru no Muchi ) - Water Release: Flowing Whip

Description: The user first kneads chakra in their mouth and then, placing their hand on their mouth expels water in the form of a whip which they use to lash their opponent, sending them flying backwards.

Begin by channeling your suiton chakra into your mouth and then build up a small amount there. The focus the chakra out of your mouth while using nature manipulate to change it into water. As it forms into water use shape manipulation to control it and form it into a whip. Use this whip to knock my clone back as he runs as you. A handy tip for this jutsu is that you can also bind your opponent with the whip and follow up with a quick lightning jutsu for an easy combo.

Hmm i want a total of at least 3 advantages and disadvantages with each jutsu. So could you give me one more advantage or disadvantage for that technique please? :) To be clear I mean at least 3 total for adv and disadv, not three each :3

First off, what can you tell me about nature and shape manipulation? Also interaction between water element and other four elements? What happens when they are used in combination with one another and/or against?

Both nature and shape manipulation are types of molding chakra whereas one deals with one thing and other with other. First and far most by mixing our physical energy with our spiritual we would create raw chakra which travels through our chakra circulatory system which consists of 361 tenketsus. Tenketsu basically represents a place from which chakra can be released. Now when we are releasing this chakra we usually apply processes of nature and shape manipulation. Nature manipulation deals with transforming chakra into specific element with different characteristics. Now depending on the element into which you are transforming this chakra you would focus on different aspects. On the other hand there is shape manipulation which deals with actual form that chakra takes. However when it comes to what you mentioned, shape manipulation does not deal with turning earth chakra into mud, that's all done through nature manipulation, shape manipulation at least what I've been taught deals with changing the form and movement of chakra, determining the size, range, and purpose of a specific technique.

You are quite correct when it comes to this. Next thing I'd like to mention the case where let's say a B ranked fire technique and C ranked water technique clash, keeping in mind that their size is approximately the same, evaporation would be born. Although Mei is capable of using Boil Release, steam can also be formed this way, [once fire release and water release clash]. This is especially usable if you are a sensory ninja or are capable to in any way or form know where your opponent is standing. You will be capable of hiding your presence and thus create sneak attacks. Now if you know that your opponent is capable of sensing you could get rid of the steam by releasing wind which will passively blast away the steam as it continues towards opponent.

Questions?

You are right when it comes to this. Water is naturally weak against earth because earth structures are capable of dissipating the force of water which renders the techniques ineffective. Albeit keep in mind that once the two clash and/or are used in combination with one another they can form mud. Water is actually a good add on to mud based techniques as it makes srawl of it quicker.

Yes, you are correct here as well.

What about using water and lighting in combination with one another? Or against? Is it any good? Same questions when it comes to element of wind?

Yeah you are pretty much correct here. Lighting and water release are pretty neat combo. In our RP, lighting and water release are neutral to each other although lighting is not usually used as to defend against water release. Water release techniques are usually of higher mass then the one of lighting release. Now because water is capable of conducting lighting, one can easily kill opponent with this combination.

Same thing with wind; increases the blunt damage and whatnot.
Yeah, it's pretty good to use water and wind in combination with one another. The two elements are neutral to each other btw. If they were used in combination with each other, wind would enhance water. It would make the area water technique effects bigger, it would augment the speed of water release technique as well as range.

Let's get going onto the techniques then. I believe that next technique you are suppose to learn is Water Release: Showers. So basically what I need for you to do when it comes to the next technique is perform and tell me advantages and disadvantages and we will take it from there.

So first technique can reach up to Mid range similar to most techniques of Water. It's actually from a game so I can't really find the video of it. Anyhow what I need for you to do is firstly gather suiton chakra within your body before releasing it in the air of your vicinity. As you've done such I need for you to use nature manipulation as to firstly condense water vapour and shape manipulation to form like a cloud. With further use of shape manipulation on the previously created cloud you can make different kinds of projectiles. Now as the number of projectiles increases their power will decrease.

When Neji is finished building up his water chakra, he releases it as condensed water vapor & the mist would form up into a cloud soon afterwards. When this happens, Neji proceeds to use shape manipulation again to split the cloud in half to form a bow and arrow, in which he shoots at his opponent.

Advantages: No hand seals needed ; I can shape the cloud into any type of projectile I want ; No water source needed
Disadvantages: As the amount of projectiles increase, their individual power decreases ; Projectile can't reach up into long range
