Pretty much yeah. not all of the techniques are like that, some only create moderate streams/currents of water from the mouth that constantly flow in a moderate ammount, not enough to create a field of water. However the larger scale techniques in this method like Water Shockwave and Colliding Wave are capable of creating small rivers/ocean amounts of water that is more than enough to act as a suitable watersource for most water techniques requiring an immediate watersource.

For the first justu, I begin to channel my chakra to my mouth. As it is channeled, I bring it to my mouth and exhale and convert the chakra to water. This causes the chakra to be released from my mouth in a long stream of water. I continue to exhale the stream by continuing to add chakra to my mouth to fuel the process further.

For this justu you would probably need some handseals I am guessing, so I preform a set of handseals and summon a large amount of water above me. I then control the water above me to come down behind me and let me surf in any direction by controlling the chakra. By riding the wave you can get to your opponent in an instant, and you could also create projectiles from it..... right

For the next one the user would need to channel their chakra to the palm of their hand after doing this, they would need to form a sphere of water within their palm. After creating the sphere the user would need to release it in the form of a fast moving stream.

I channel my chakra into the ground and keep it in a fixed position in front of me. After enough chakra is in the ground in front of me I cause it to rise up very quickly and convert in into water simultaneously. Causing a giant pillar of water to gush out of the ground

First one is on the money ^^

The second one, you have the genearl idea, however this isn't a wave that you ride, its simply a large wave that you send towards your opponent to overwhelm them and have a large mass of water collide with them. With that being said, you can create the mass of water in any direction or location short range from you. However you do manifest the water from the air, which requires no source of water or manipulation from inside your body.

The third one is alright, you don't necessarily have to create a shpere of water you merely need to channel the chakra into your hand and have it accelarate outwards in a stream to travel towards your opponent.

Fourth one is fine.

Though the description is short and vague you pretty much have free mobility to create almost any type of shape or manifestation of water you want with this technique since it's the fundamental of the whole element.

It's pretty big and the added projection from your mouth and the rotation makes this a technique that impacts strongly on its target.

Description: The user performs Tiger – Serpent hand seals to create a stronger version of the Water Release: Water shark Bomb technique, which creates a gigantic shark, far larger than the user, to attack the opponent. This technique differs from its parent jutsu in being able to absorb the chakra from an opponent's technique, and in turn use that chakra to grow larger and more powerful.
Note: Technique can only absorb up to B rank level techniques.

Same technique as the Water Shark bomb, however this is on a much much larger scale and the water has absorption abilities, capable of absorbing B-ranked techniques. This doesn't require a source of water I believe so you don't have to worry about that.

That being said, every method with their jutsu have traits that are both useful and hindering. I want you to tell me what those traits are. Look at these jutsu and tell me things you think they have in common. If the're good then they're an advantage, if they're not good then they're a disadvantage. As for the strategies, tell me some applications for these techniques in conjunction with other skills or used in opposition against other skills, etc, etc.

Advantages: Because you can add more chakra to these technique to create a very large stream of water. These techniques are very powerful because you can create large amounts of water, and because of this you can counter moves and try to bring a water source for other jutsus. Another advantage is that you don't really need many handseals for most of these jutsus, so it will be easy to use for countering and taking the first move.
Disadvantages: I really do not see an disadvantage to these jutsu, but maybe because it is a large amount of water, it could take up some of the users view..... but water is see through..... I guess it could be that the chakra amount needed could start to tire the user. Other than that I really don't know.
Strategies and uses for techniques in this Method: The user can ride waves and arrive at a location faster because of the power of the water. Because many of these techniques bring a large amount of water into play it could be used for the defensive against fire users. Also the most obvious is to try and drown your opponent using any of these techniques

For disadvantags, think of what happens when you're using a technique continuously. Unlike the last technique, these streams and such are not self sustaining, meaning you have to always pour chakra into it. Though you are transferng a fixed amount of chakra into each technique, the way it's distributed is much different than a projectile. For example, in a projectile, which is self sustaining, you release the gathered chakra all at once. in a stream of water you exhale, you're distributing your chakra as if you were spitting out a stream and therefore you are maintaining it.

How is this a disadvantage? Because in the RP you can only use one technique at a time. If you are using a continuous stream of chakra for one technique, you can't use another technique in the mean time. Where your opponent can avoid this technique and counter, for you to do another technique, you'd have to cease the one you're using and start another.

As for your strategy, I would like a little more substance and example. Give me some examples of how you would use these techniques in collaboration with other techniques you've learned. Or even if you haven't learned some, make some theories about some specific scenarios to use as examples for what you're saying.

You could ride a wave very quickly toward your opponent and jump off, which would block your opponents view. And take the advantage as you use a lightning tech that would raise the rank of the jutsu. Any of the stream attacks could be used to overpower the opponent by continuing to add chakra to the jutsu. If you create a earth dome or cave that stops the opponent from moving back or left or right, you could use a stream of water into the dome to drown him. And to finish him you could use lightning calamity technique to instantly electrify the water

Method 3: Water Manipulation

Alright, so we've covered techniques that come from one's own body, creating projectiles, streams and even our own water sources. Now we're onto techniques that require the usage of an existing source of water. This method focuses on using water from a water source and manipulating it to form the techniques we want. When going about using these techniques, you expell the chakra from your body into the water source as opposed to the previous methods where you'd manifest the chakra itself into water. There are a few exceptions I believe, within this method, however most of these techniques require a water source in order for you to use them. Now, the properties of these techniques varry. There may be projectile type techniques or continuous techniques that require you to constantly focus chakra in order to use. In essence, these techniques may exhibit qualities of water techniques in previous methods but the unique thing about this method would be that you'd need a water source for these.

To make the vortex of water, I would prefom a set of handseals and with a previous water source...... wait what o__o I wouldn't say Tobirama is the best if he was the only water user in the manga. :dafq: His skill in water jutsu is like that of Hellen Keller's listening skills. o__o love ya Hellen. On with my explination, Ahem.... and I would make a large amount of water rise up into the air. After being in the air it would fall back down with enough force to create a crater into the ground.

After preforming a large number of handseals, the user will, using a water source, shape out a dragon that proceeds to burst out of the water with great force.

Wgile close to a large amount of water the user will send his chakra into the water, and will manipulate the water to shape out multiple sharks. The sharks would then continue towards the opponent.

With a water clone, the user would have to quickly create a clone of himself. For it to be a clone it has to have every physical feature the same. The hair, the eyes, and the mouth... ect has to be the same. If it is not the same, the opponent can tell the clone from the real person

I'm just going to let this go for professionalism -_-

Now for your first explanation, you didn't give the properties of a vortex. You got the first part right, you're going to manipulate the water source you have at your disposal to rise the water up however it's not going to rise all the way into the air it's going to rise up in a generally circular pattern as the water is going to begin to compact and rotate. The water will then shoot outwards and the rotation of the water is similar to how one would rotate a futon technique like Rasenshuriken. It's not going to have the same cutting like properties but it's going to have a lot of rotation force which, due to the velocity, makes it even stronger. As well, you're opponent, if caught will be visciously dragged and tossed around from the rapids. Just remember, whenever you think of a vortex, think of high rotation.

Second one is alright

Third one is good, but also remember, that you can create the sharks underwater as well. In the latter situation you can create them under water by isolating a sections of the water source with your chakra and manipulating the shape. The outer chakra, to me, acts somewhat of a barrier that diverts and separates the water inside from the water outside, which allows you to have such a projectile force of water sharks actually traveling and causing damage within the water.

Just think of every clone like this; in the Academy a ninja learns the basic non solidified clone jutsu, it's just the image of you with no physical substance so it cannot fight. The primary purpose of that clone is for confusion based purposes and distractions/decoys. That being said any other clone variant that gives form uses properties to give it means of physical abilities. With water clones, the user manifests the solid form with water. Though water is not "solid" it's a liquid but it is dense enough for such a purpose. Earth clones and mud clones use the earth to solidify it. Only exception I see is Lightning shadow clones. IMO a lightning clone is merely a shadow clone that possess lightning as it's core/only chakra. What makes it diff is lightning is a plasma and you can't really solidify nor does it have the density enough. Also, from the way Kakashi used it, it seemed like an ordinary shadow clone that only has electrical discharge when it's hit. It would be hit like a solid clone and then disperse into lightning, where as water clones, when hit, their watery structure is what's felt, same as with the earth clone (even though earth is a solid).
