This one's a little strange o-o and I didn't expect you to reply that quickly, but thank you for doing so ^^
I also have a question about this technique. How far above the opponent does the cloud spawn? And is that height constant while the technique is active?
One/three advantages:
I would use this technique in a situation where my opponent would not be able to counter the oncoming Katon attack I will follow up with.
How you would counter it:
I would counter this technique by using the Peacock Whirlwind Formation jutsu to rid myself of any oil on my body.
How you perform it (with as much detail as you can):
Performing the Ram → Snake → Tiger hand seals, I send my Suiton chakra into the air above my opponent, forming a black mist that wafts about like a cloud over my target's head. Dispersing it, a rain of oil comes down on the body of my target, drenching him.

One/three advantages:
- 1. Can track the target.
- 2. Can be used in combination with Fire techniques to deal extra damage.
- 3. Depending on how high the technique spawns, it cannot be dispersed unless one goes through a considerable amount of effort.
- 1. The target will know that it is oil once they are hit by the small drops of liquid.
- 2. Other than preparing for a combination attack with a Katon technique, it serves no other purpose.
- 3. I'd imagine this technique requires concentration to allow it to follow the opponent, so using this technique can become a potential distraction for you as well.
