(Suiton: Suiryuudan no Jutsu) - Water Style: Water Dragon Bullet Technique

Description: After performing a long series of hand seals Ox → Monkey → Hare → Rat → Boar → Bird → Ox → Horse → Bird → Rat → Tiger → Dog → Tiger → Snake → Ox → Ram → Snake → Boar → Ram → Rat → Yang Water → Monkey → Bird → Dragon → Bird → Ox → Horse → Ram → Tiger → Snake → Rat → Monkey → Hare → Boar → Dragon → Ram → Rat → Ox → Monkey → Bird → Yang Water → Rat → Boar → Bird the user then shapes a large amount of water into a giant, powerful dragon, which hits the opponent with formidable might, dealing physical damage. The ideal place to use it is near a body of water, but if the user's skill allows it, it is possible to use it even in a place where there is none. The amount of water used will be in proportion with the user's skill as well as its power which can vary. Ninjas with a primary water specialty will be able to produce up to an S-Rank technique; ninjas with a secondary water specialty will be able to produce up to an A-Rank technique; normal water masters will produce the basic B-Rank technique. Tobirama was able to use this technique with a single hand seal showing testiment to his skill in water ninjutsu.

The most famous Suiton jutsu in the manga. After performing a long set of handseals, you send your Suiton chakra into an adequate water source and shape it into a large dragon of water, having a certain physical mass. The dragon can deal huge physical damage, turning into water again once it bursts. You can also ride the water dragon, helping you to evade attacks or rise from any obstacle or so. If you have a primary water specialty, you can make a S-Rank dragon, with a single handseal, though you still need a source of water. If you have a secondary, you can make a A-Rank dragon and if Water isn't your primary or secondary specialty, you can only make a B-Rank dragon.
(Suiton: Daibakufu no Jutsu) - Water Release: Great Waterfall Technique

Description: After doing the needed hand seals Tiger → Ox → Monkey → Rabbit → Ram → Boar → Ox → Horse → Monkey → Tiger → Dog → Tiger → Snake → Tiger → Ox → Monkey → Rabbit → Bird, the user will form a gigantic vortex of water in the form of a ring in front of him. It will then shoot a gigantic torrent of water that extends water over a large scale, surges upon impact and rises up to several dozen meters high only to collapse down, forming massive waves all around as it does. The effect is such that as its collapsing it resembles a waterfall, hence the name of the technique. In doing so, it resembles a huge wave, with tremendous power that can hollow out the ground. What remains after that technique's utilization is reminiscent of no less than the aftermath of a natural disaster. This is a considerably advanced ninjutsu, and activating this technique requires a fair amount of chakra. The normal use of the technique requires a water source which is manipulated into the technique but some users have shown the ability to use the technique as a water stream exhaled from the mouth and forming more of a gigantic barrage/stream/wave of water rather than the more intricate and complex use of the main application of the technique.
Note: Can be used with a water source or by using one's own chakra to exhale the technique without the need for a water source nearby.
My favorite Suiton jutsu. Again, it requires a long set of handseals. After performing them, you'll send your Suiton chakra into a suitable water source, and manipulate it to form a large ring in front of you. The ring will then shoot a large torrent of water, which will rise high into the sky, and crash down in the form of massive waves, which resemble a waterfall. These massive waves can uproot entire trees upon impact and create a mini-flood. In the manga and the anime, Kakashi used it to drown Zabuza momentarily, as well as uproot several trees and carve the ground itself. You can also expel it from your mouth in the form a huge torrent of water, which would fall into method 2.
(Suiton: Senkogenma Kujo) – Water Release: Flash Grinding Destruction

Description: As his opponent is standing on a source of water, the user will create. four sharks of water. Those sharks will rush at their target, come out and knock the opponent high into the air. breaking several of his bones in the process. Then, as his enemy is in a very vulnerable position, the user can freely attack with swords or other ninja techniques.

Requires your opponent to be on a source of water, like a small lake or so. Has a short range limitation. You send your chakra into the water and create 4 powerful sharks of water that rush from 4 different directions with great speed. It almost happens instantly. The sharks rush onto your opponent and upon impact can break his bones, while lifting him into the air, leaving him vulnerable for attacks. Requires no handseals, so it's pretty fast.
(Suiton: Kyojin Nami Shougeki) – Water Release: Giant Wave Crash

Description: The user gathers a large amount of water that can then be used to crash into the opponent. It is strong enough to push back Killer bee in Eight tales form.

Very simple. You need a large source of water for this; you'll send your chakra into the water source and manipulate it to form a giant wave which can be used to crash onto your opponent. The impact of this wave is so much that it pushed Bee in his transformed form, when Suigetsu used it against him. The impact can easily break your opponent's bones and leave him badly wounded.
(Suiton: Kōka Suijin) - Water Release: Hard Whirlpool Water Blade

Description: The user makes the water under the enemy explode, launching them into the air. Then the user jumps above the enemy and creates a large whirlpool around his arm, striking the enemy with it and creating a large water explosion.

A game jutsu. Requires a source of water. Your make the water under your opponent explode by sending your chakra into it, and compressing it to a large extent, and then let the compressed chakra set free suddenly, thereby causing the water to explode which pushes your opponent into the air and deals some damage due to the jerk-force. You then jump above your opponent, and send chakra into your dominant hand, forming a large whirpool like structure around it, as an extension, and you'll strike him with it, creating another explosion, which blows him backward, causing him to crash and lose balance in the air.
(Suiton: Mizu no Tatsumaki) - Water Release: Tornado of Water

Description: After performing the Ram → Horse → Bird the user is able to create a technique that utilizes water to create a spinning water vortex around the user. The water vortex acts both as a barrier and an attack mechanism. The power of the vortex is enough to knock an opponent unconscious.
Note: Requires a nearby water source
Another favorite of mine. After 3 handseals, you send your chakra into the water around your opponent, and give it rotation to form a vortex of water. As mentioned in the technique, the vortex spins so hard that it knock your opponent unconscious due to it's striking force. And, according to the description, you can form it around yourself and adjust the spinning speed, forming a barrier of sorts, although you lose your view of your opponent. If used very closely around your opponent, he can be struck by it and lose consciousness.
