Okay, so that technique has gotten an update since Noni made his system.
(Suiton: Daibakufu no Jutsu) - Water Release: Great Waterfall Technique
Rank: A

Description: After doing the needed hand seals Tiger → Ox → Monkey → Rabbit → Ram → Boar → Ox → Horse → Monkey → Tiger → Dog → Tiger → Snake → Tiger → Ox → Monkey → Rabbit → Bird, the user will form a gigantic vortex of water in the form of a ring in front of him. It will then shoot a gigantic torrent of water that extends water over a large scale, surges upon impact and rises up to several dozen meters high only to collapse down, forming massive waves all around as it does. The effect is such that as its collapsing it resembles a waterfall, hence the name of the technique. In doing so, it resembles a huge wave, with tremendous power that can hollow out the ground. What remains after that technique's utilization is reminiscent of no less than the aftermath of a natural disaster. This is a considerably advanced ninjutsu, and activating this technique requires a fair amount of chakra. The normal use of the technique requires a water source which is manipulated into the technique but some users have shown the ability to use the technique as a water stream exhaled from the mouth and forming more of a gigantic barrage/stream/wave of water rather than the more intricate and complex use of the main application of the technique.
Note: Can be used with a water source or by using one's own chakra to exhale the technique without the need for a water source nearby.

(Suiton: Senkogenma Kujo) – Water Release: Flash Grinding Destruction

Description: As his opponent is standing on a source of water, the user will create. four sharks of water. Those sharks will rush at their target, come out and knock the opponent high into the air. breaking several of his bones in the process. Then, as his enemy is in a very vulnerable position, the user can freely attack with swords or other ninja techniques.
Note: Requires a water source.

Okay your opponent will have to be on the water source. The user will summon 4 sharks of normal size which race towards the opponent, note you must keep concentrated towards the sharks during their attack. Then they will all try to clash with the opponent aiming to send him high into the air. After that, the sharks are released and you can begin to the next jutsu which can be anything. The opponent will be in the air with several broken bones so a simple finisher is what I recommend, the sharks are able to follow the opponent up to short range as long as the user keeps concentration towards them.

(Suiton: Senkogenma Kujo) – Water Release: Flash Grinding Destruction

Perform the technique:

Looking at the clone in the center of the lake, I start by focusing my chakra into one spot of water before me while manipulating it to form 4 creatures which turn out to be a sharks. Then by simply giving a gesture, I direct the 4 sharks towards the clone and then they split up in each direction. Finally, they all clash on the clone causing him immense damage as well flying in the air, taking that as an advantage, I merely takes out a explosive tag and throws it towards the clone causing it go poof.

Creative uses/strengths:

I can create the sharks behind the opponent and make them attack immediately without the opponent knowing, this would be very useful. This is a very good finishing technique. If the water source is not big and extends upto short-range, I can first electrocute the water thereby electrocuting the opponent and then use this technique as a finishing move.

Drawbacks/counters:

There are two most "important" drawbacks. One being the opponent must stand on a water source in order to execute this makes it quite difficult as most people would not prefer to stand on water unless the entire terrain consists of water. Another one is I need to be in short range of the opponent or the attack would fail. The opponent can simply dodge this by flying into the air in case he notices the sharks.

Description: This defensive jutsu creates a wall of water around the user. The user will use the following hand seals to activate the technique Tiger → Snake → Rat → Snake → Tiger. Enemy attacks are completely intercepted by a fence of water blown out from the mouth, and is raised from below with tremendous might. The water is blown out in the form of a circle around the user, and it makes for a defence without openings. It is also possible for the user to control the amount of water and duration at will. Furthermore, because the field of vision is maintained even while defending one can easily go on to the next move, which is a great advantage. The wall can also be formed from a pre-existing water source.

A great defensive jutsu. The user after doing the long but required hand seals they will spew out a large amount and form it around themselves in a circle and acts as a barrier. This jutsu is very efficient defense being A-Rank in power it can easily be able to intercept many attacks. It has no openings neither making it quite solid for your benefit. Now a great advantage is though its a dense water wall their field of vision is still in tact and basically can still see through the water and notice everything going on. It takes away the disadvantage many defensive walls have. Also this water cna be manipulated as well to make attacks with it. So you can both defend and attack by manipulating it as your own water source.

Perform the technique:

After performing the Tiger → Snake → Rat → Snake → Tiger hand seals, I channel my water chakra into my mouth and releases it outwards while shaping it in form of a circle which starts engulfing around me. After a few moments, the water totally formed into a perfect circle with many defensive capabilities.

Creative uses/strengths:

This has many capabilities O_O.. This is like one of the best absolute defense which is not absolute >_>. It can shoo off several fire techniques and can stop some other elemental techniques too. The very good thing about this technique is the user after forming the water circle barrier, can actually release some bursts of water which can blow away the opponent if hit. Even the volume and the duration of water barrier can be controlled. The field of vision remains intact as the water is too much dense to block the vision.

Drawbacks/counters:

The major drawback is that, the burst of water can only reach upto short range. If the user wishes to execute any fire technique, it has to pass the defense barrier reducing the fire power and the water defensive power drastically. I can't think of other drawbacks except for the thing that I got several questions for you.

Questions

The burst of water can reach upto short range only?
Will the power of fire and the water defensive barrier decrease in case I want to use a fire stream?
Can I open up a hole in the barrier and release the fire and then close it up protecting me?

......This is a stream technique; you continuously stream chakra to it. You cannot use a technique while holding up the defense. "Furthermore, because the field of vision is maintained even while defending one can easily go on to the next move, which is a great advantage." simply refers to the fact that you don't have to locate your opponent again afterwards. And I'm not sure what you mean by "burst"; if you mean the water being formed, yes it only forms short-range of you. When I said "Also this water cna be manipulated as well to make attacks with it.", it meant that once you were done defending, you could use a different technique and reuse that water as a source for a different jutsu.
As for your questions: I don't know what "burst" you're talking about. You can't use a fire stream while this barrier is up. You cannot open a hole, and once again, no fire.
If I am satisfied with this next technique we may begin doing more jutsu per post.

(Suiton: Kōka Suijin) - Water Release: Hard Whirlpool Water Blade

Description: The user makes the water under the enemy explode, launching them into the air. Then the user jumps above the enemy and creates a large whirlpool around his arm, striking the enemy with it and creating a large water explosion.
Note: Water source required.

A multiple performance jutsu. The user will create a water pool under the opponent and launch them in the air, at the same time they are launched the user will also jump and appear from behind generating a large amount of water around his arm and strike the opponent. Causing a very large explosion of water. Evasion is tough mid-air as well as it is very deadly for a jutsu. The opponent will have several broken bones and surviving this jutsu would be tough. Now this is a combo in itself but being able to distract the opponent before hand is best. Also if you are ever launched in the air, it will not cause harm, the damage comes from the punch. Best thing to do while mid-air is create a armor, or try to blow away.

Well, the "burst" I meant was using the water circle to create some splashes or waves of water.

(Suiton: Kōka Suijin) - Water Release: Hard Whirlpool Water Blade

Perform the technique:

Seeing the clone in front of me and on a water source, I channel my water chakra under the feet of the clone and then manipulates it in such a away that a powerful blast of water released from underneath sending the clone flying upwards. Then I immediately jump up in the air while I channel my water chakra into my right hand and creates a spinning vortex which I then slam into the clone's stomach making the water to blast around everywhere while the clone flies back into the water at a very fast speed.

Creative uses/strengths:

I really like the jutsu because the opponent wouldn't expect the water source to suddenly blast upwards making him fly high into the air and then suddenly appear before him and then punch into him using a vortex of spinning water which adds severe damage to his body and then backs him fly back into the water. Since it being short-range, the second part would be reasonably easy to do.

Drawbacks/counters:

The drawback of this jutsu is that the opponent and the user requires to be close to each other i.e, short range which would normally be mid-range for most of the fights. Also, there should a water source and the opponent must be standing on it in order to execute the attack. While he is in mid-air, I can become vulnerable when before him as he won't suffer any damage due to the blast and can use a attack to kill me.

Description: After performing the Ram → Horse → Bird the user is able to create a technique that utilizes water to create a spinning water vortex around the user. The water vortex acts both as a barrier and an attack mechanism. The power of the vortex is enough to knock an opponent unconscious.
Note: Requires a nearby water source

Okay after doing 3 hand seals the user will manipulate a near by water source close range of them and manipulate it to spin around the user as a tornado. The main purpose of the vortex is to simply defend from incoming attacks since it can be used as a barrier as well as if the opponent is hit by the barrier it can easily impale them as well as push them back due to the force it gives off. The user is able to move around up to long range and can attack multiple opponents. They move at regular speed so they are traceable with the naked eye. Two obvious ways to counter is the opponent will be open to lightning attacks as well as you can simply hurt the base of the vortex on the ground so making the ground shake will force it to disperse and lose shape. Their are many other counters. You can't do any other jutsu attack while performing this technique and must keep focus on it. Also as seen when used in the anime you can see through the vortex making it able for you to move freely.


(Suiton: Dai Bakusui Shōha) - Water Release: Great Exploding Water Colliding Wave

Description: This technique is a stronger version of exploding water colliding wave technique. The user will first perform the ram hand seal and then spits out a large amount of water that covers an entire area, with massive waves that can crush the opponent. The user then forms the water into a giant orb, instead of releasing like weaker version of the technique.

Okay now this jutsu is very similar to the weaker version and in our RP we use it the same way. The main difference is the opponent will create a giant orb of water that covers the whole area. But that is useless and mainly a double edge sword since you might hurt the opponents movement the same is done with you. The only major difference is if you have a Kisame bio who can swim and breathe under water. So basically this used the same way as the previous one just much more water, ocean like actually. As well as the water is spew with intense speed and powerful vortex that it can crash into the opponent and hurt them as well as drown them underwater. Note this is a streaming technique so you will constantly have to release it which can be dangerous.

Looking at the water source present right to me, I focus my water chakra into it while performing the Ram → Horse → Bird hand seals allowing me to manipulate the water at free will. Then with the help of shape manipulation, I make the water gush towards me quickly and then spin around myself at high speeds but transparent enough to let me see through it. Then I run towards the opponent with the spinning vortex, on contact with him, the opponent flied away while suffering severe damage making him unconscious.

Creative uses/strengths:

This technique can make me entirely immune to free form Taijutsu or ranked taijutsu techniques. It acts as a barrier against several techniques and also allows me to use it in attacking form itself. Moreover, the water is transparent so I can see through it to know what is happening outside the water vortex barrier. A slight touch to the vortex and it can send the person flying away with severe injuries that would make him unconscious.

Drawbacks/counters:

There are many drawbacks. When using this, the user has to entirely focus on this so he is not allowed to use any other techniques. Since the user has contact with the water, a simple lightning technique can make the entire water electrify in such a way that the user won't even be able to move. This also requires a water source which would put me at a great disadvantage, if the water source is far away from me it would take some time for the water to form a vortex around me.

Questions

(Suiton: Dai Bakusui Shōha) - Water Release: Great Exploding Water Colliding Wave

Perform the technique:

Looking at the clone, I open my mouth while channeling my water chakra mixing it along with my saliva. Then I suddenly spit out a large amount of water which keeps on growing in a huge wave while covering the entire battlefield in water while destroying boulders and trees in it's path. With the water covering the entire ground and the clone on top of and bit injured due to the power of the wave, I channel my water chakra into and utilizes shape manipulation to make the water to come close to itself while forming a huge dome covering a long distance with the clone in the middle of it suffocating itself.

Creative uses/strengths:

This technique can be pretty useful to ward S-Rank Fire techniques as this water technique doesn't even require hand seals nor the water source which makes it almost instantaneous. Even if the opponent didn't die by getting hit by the wave, he can die by suffocating as the entire water would come close and form a dome with the opponent in the middle. The dome is pretty much large so it would take time for the opponent to get out of it which means I can electrocute him using a lightning technique. This technique being extended to long range makes it pretty useful, if the dome of water is not completed, the water would fall down onto the ground creating a water source which I can then utilize.

Drawbacks/counters:

One of the drawback is that, the water wave can be evaporated by using a very intense fire technique like the S-Ranked Greater Majestic Annihilation. Since the water would be a very large amount, it would take a few seconds to totally come out and form a wave which would give some time for the opponent to react to it. The big problem to this technique is, I myself will get stuck in the giant orb which I really hate.

Question

Is it possible for me stop this technique without making the giant orb so I can use that water as my water source? (I think the weaker version of this technique suits it the best.)

Uhm it says it in the description, you make a vortex are yourself and then ram a person with it, you can control it and ram more then one person. TBH the mid range thing, I'm not sure of, I'm either guessing you can move up to mid range with the vortex barrier or you can make the vortex barrier with a water source up to mid range far from you, take it either or just to be safe.

Yes you can, however best set to use the weaker version imo as well.

Description: The user after performing the Dog → Horse → Monkey → Ram and by manipulating a pre-existing water source and transforms it into a giant wolf-like beast. The beast can launch powerful streams of water from its mouth equivilant to B rank, or sweep the area with its claws to let a powerful torrent of water to wash away the enemies.
Note: The Water Beast remains active for three turns

One of my favorite techniques. The user will do the four required hand seals and manipulate a water source around the area to create a large wolf like beast. Its large in size and power. It can deal some serious damage by either releasing a stream of water or sending a torrent of jet claws towards the opponent as a projectile both B-Rank in power. It can be handy for us as a last resort and to always stay on the offense. Now of course to control the beast you must keep focus, which is safe to say it can harm you especially from snick attacks. So the best thing you can do is have clone or ally to keep it stable and moving. It can also be used to defend attacks since its water is very dense and hard certain attacks it can intercept. Note the beast remains on the field for 3 turns until it disperses or the opponent decides to destroy it. Simple counters is trying to lose the beasts shape. One method is making mud appear from under to lose its balance and tip over. From an attack they are quite simple and straight forward walls, evasion methods, overpowering attacks, ect. Combos are many with this tech as well.

(Suiton: Suiryū Kōbaku ) - Water Release: Water Dragon Biting Explosion

Description: The will clap his hands and slam them on the ground, creating a large pool of water that gushes upwards lifting the opponent into the air. After firing the enemy into the air, pool of water shoots numerous water bullets at the (now airborne) enemy while the user does the Bird → Dog → Snake → Rat hand seals which forms the water in the pool into a water dragon which attacks the target, grabbing it and forcefully bringing it crashing into the ground. Tobirama Senju does this technique with his own specific hand seals, similar to how he does some other water techniques.

One of the most advanced techniques in the water section and a personal favorite to use. The user will summon a pool of water under the opponent and then have it rise a rapid pillar which will send them high into the air. As they are in the air the user will do the hand seals required to manipulate bullets of water from the pool previously to shoot at the opponent impaling him as well as making things virtually impossible for movement while getting hit. After the bullets have hit the opponent while he is still in the air, the bullets will reform right behind him and create a large water dragon which attacks him from behind where the opponent will be unable to even notice the dragon. So they will most likely not expect or notice the dragon, the dragon will crash them from behind and carry them back to the ground with tremendous force. This jutsu as you notice has many steps to it and can be taken advantage of when to counter, the best time is when you feel the water on your feet to try and make a counter as soon as possible, don't wait when you are sent in the air for you the bullets will already be sent as the hand seals are being done so manipulating chakra will be too soon. So make sure you try to counter while the water is on your feet and while being launched you execute it. You can though create a dense armor which can help withstand the attacks as well or you can use a wind stream to quickly evade back. Its hard to make combos something basic is to distract the opponent before using this jutsu. Its a destructive jutsu and can easily harm the opponent if caught. Its a great jutsu in terms of range as well, basically anywhere the opponent is they can use it on the terrain when it comes to range.

Perform the technique:

With a small water source in front of me, I perform a series of 4 hand seals (Dog → Horse → Monkey → Ram) while focusing my raw chakra into the water source. Then I imagine the water beast with it's large power and quantity and slowly molds the raw chakra into water chakra. With the water entirely infused with chakra, I make it rise up in the air while taking form a huge water beast protecting me from forward attacks.

Creative uses/strengths:

There are really so many advantages to this technique. The user can either use it offensively or defensively. Moreover, this technique allows the user to manipulate the beast to release bursts of water or just use the hand to grab the opponent and slam him here and there. The power of the streams will be of B-Rank making it really useful against fire techniques of sort. The water beast has the capability to survive one A-Rank fire technique hit and can take on only one S-Rank technique. The claw can be used both for grabbing or releasing waves while swinging to sweep the area in torrent of water making it useful.

Drawbacks/counters:

The user of this technique must have total concentration on this technique without any distraction. Even a simple technique like Stone Spikes below the user, he would lose control over the beast turning it into mere water. Also, since the water source isn't unlimited, the water streams or torrents of water can't be used all the time. The next sentence I am gonna say is not a drawback but, the first time we fought, I remember you using this technique.

How much power does the sweeping torrent of water carry?
How many streams of water it can send at maximum? (It should run out of water at some point right?)
(Suiton: Suiryū Kōbaku ) - Water Release: Water Dragon Biting Explosion

Perform the technique:

Looking at the opponent in mid-range from me, I send my chakra beneath his feet and searches for water. After some time when I found it, I slam my hands on the ground while slowly thinking about the flow of water and it's capabilities and slowly molds the raw chakra into water chakra. Then I immediately manipulate the water to rise up in the air in form a pillar shooting the opponent high into the air. That time, I quickly perform a series of hand seals (Bird → Dog → Snake → Rat) manipulating that pool of water to suddenly shoot small numerous bullets towards the opponent harming him while those water bullets disperse. Without falling the water falling onto the ground, I manipulate that bullet water to suddenly appear behind the opponent in form of a dragon which then suddenly crashes into him forcing him to fall onto the ground shattering it.


Creative uses/strengths:

The one thing I really hate about this technique is the attack formation is divided into three parts. One being the pillar, two being the bullets and the third being the water dragon. But if the opponent is entirely distracted by something, I could use this to kill him in a very advanced and awesome manner. U_U. The bullets are powerful enough to leave the opponent paralyzed for a while which allows me to successfully execute the water dragon. When the opponent is crashing onto the ground, I can make sure that he would die by bringing up earth spikes in the area where I would expect him to fall piercing him in all parts of the body.

Drawbacks/counters:

There are many major drawbacks to this technique. The opponent has time to counter this when he could even feel the water beneath his feet. Next, when he is in air, he doesn't suffer any sort of damage by being boosted by the water pillar so he has the ability to escape out of that situation like using the D-Ranked change the direction wind technique which he can use when airborne. The hand seals take up some time to make the bullets unless you are a water specialist which allows you to make the bullets quicker.

Question

The bullets only get launched after the hand seals are done right?

Nah I described it wrong my bad, the bullets are launched first and then the hand seals are done to make the dragon. Need to re-write that.

Description: Using their skills with Water Release, the user generates a powerful vortex of water around their enemy with a swing of their arm that sends them flying upwards and then dispels it with another hand gesture. (Requires a water source).
Note: Tobirama and Mei terumi can perform this without a water source.

Similar to previous techniques. While the opponent is on a water source or close to it, short to mid range to be exact. The user will simply swing their arm and cause a water vortex to appear around the opponent. The water will then shoot the opponent high into the air, the impact it gives off when it sends the opponent in the air is where the damage happens. Certain combos can be when the opponent is in the air to send a air attack like dropping lid to crash them back down onto the ground. After they are sent in the air though you must do one more swing of the hand to stop the vortex releasing it so you can move onto the next jutsu.

Perform the technique:

Looking at the opponent mid-range away from me, I channel my raw chakra into the water source present right beside the opponent and thinks about the flow of water and it's properties and slowly molds the chakra into that of water chakra. With a swing of my hand, the water suddenly arises from it's source and heads towards the opponent in form of a water source which soon crashes into him sending him flying upwards. Then I swing my hand once more to stop the water in it's place.

Creative uses/strengths:

From what I see, when the second gesture happens, I would lose control over the water which would make it fall on the ground. That water would be useful to me as a water source. This is also gives me an option to use the vortex freely as I want to after the first hit which sends him in the air, which would give me a slight advantage. If I were to have a Mei Terumi or Tobirama biography (which I would never go for), I can use this technique unaware to the opponent.

Drawbacks/counters:

When the water starts gushing out of it's source, the sound would be very loud enough for the opponent to react which would give him plenty of time to make a right counter. So, it would be useless if the water source were to be behind the opponent. Moreover, this technique requires a water source to exist beforehand or it would go waste.

Question

If the water source is behind the opponent in long-range, I can't manipulate it right?

Description:After doing the Tiger hand seal, the user will quickly exhale a very thin stream of pressurized water that will be able to cut even rock. The most noteworthy feature of the technique is how fast the stream is and how sharp it can be. By moving his head, the user can alter the jet's cutting path, creating longer cuts or affecting bigger targets.

Okay one of the more destructive jutsus when it comes with precision. You will first do one hand seal and release a very thin stream of water that is heavily condensed. It has the slicing power to cut through trees with ease and other material. Needless to say it can impale the opponent with ease on contact. Its a very fast moving jutsu when released as well, it has the type of speed that reminds me of a standard wind jutsu. The user while releasing the stream can move their head around to redirect the attack how they want, this means you can attack multiple opponents or constructs at once. It can travel a long range as well giving mobility to it. Being a stream technique you have to constantly send it meaning it might not work well with combos alone, it could work as a good finisher though but know that it can leave you open.

Description: The user inhales and molds a great amount of chakra into their chest, exhaling a very large quantity of water in the form of a powerful torrent towards their intended target. The stream of water is so powerful and concentrated it can rip through most obstacles in its path. The stream itself contains so much concentrated water that it can flood medium to large sized depressions of the battle field in relatively short amounts of time.

This technique is very similar to the Severing Pressure jutsu, but not as concentrated; it's a larger stream, rather than the thin version of SP. In this way, it allows you to have a larger margin for error, while still having a fairly powerful destructive force like the other jutsu. It's also a good technique to build up a lake of water if you have a crater, especially as a secondary usage of the technique; try to attack, but they dodged so now you have a lake to use. But this technique uses no handseals, and is simply exhaled like many fire or wind techniques. Finally, it's a stream technique, so combinations aren't terribly amazing with it without a clone of some sort, but that also allows you to change the direction of the jutsu, so there's some give and take in this regard.

Description: A defensive technique where chakra kneaded inside the body is converted into water, and then expelled from the mouth in a dense torrent, effectively creating a near instantaneous barricade that can be used to intercept incoming attacks.

This technique uses the tiger handseals, and allows you to simply build up chakra within your body and expel a great deal of water from your mouth in a torrent. Afterwards, you form that water into a large barrier which appears to be like a bowl; curved away from yourself to "catch" an incoming attack. This barricade is effective to stop any Katon jutsu, and a great deal of other techniques. Even Doton, up to A-rank, can be caught by this barricade and stopped. But, since it's also a stream technique, you will need to watch out for Raiton techniques which can be conducted through the water and down into your body, electrocuting you. But aside from that, this technique is near-instant, requires no water source, and can stop a great deal of techniques, even solid ones, making it very versatile and useful.

Perform the technique:

I perform the Tiger hand seal while focusing my water chakra within my mouth. Then I spit out the water from my mouth while shape manipulating it into a small but a very concentrated stream of water towards the opponent. On it's way, it started destroying the boulders into very small pieces while the opponent who was struck by it, suffered severe damage on his chest while flying backwards.

Creative uses/strengths:

What I really like about this technique is that even though the stream is so small, it carries a lot of power within it. It has the capability to destroy the rock boulders on it's way and can easily extinguish a fire technique as long as it doesn't cover wide range. This technique packs a lot of destructive power within it making it very useful when used in short range as it is almost instantaneous. This technique even has the capability to reach upto long range.

Drawbacks/counters:

The draw back is that, since the technique is only a narrow stream and not a wide ranged one, the opponent can simply dodge this technique by pushing himself sideways by using a wind technique or he can even counter it by making the entire shake so I lose my focus on the stream turning it into a simple harmless water. When I am releasing the water, the opponent can electrocute the water if he wishes in order to electrocute me who is releasing the water from my mouth.

Looking at the opponent, I open my to inhale a large amount of quantity of air along with the moisture content present in it and starts focusing my water chakra into my chest at a large amount. Then I quickly spit it out all of a sudden while shape manipulating it to towards wide ranged in form a torrent towards the opponent which soon would wash him away if hit and drown him.

Creative uses/strengths:

This technique can prove to be a good water source only where is a huge hole or a pit in the ground, then the water source can be used to perform various technique which requires water source. It has the capability to wash away the opponent in torrents of water and moreover, it covers upto long range making it quite useful. It has a wide range helping me to cover the entire battlefield in water. I can even stagnate the water on the ground and then use it as a water source to electrocute the opponent if he is standing on it or suddenly attack using the water in from of a hurricane or a whirlpool.

Drawbacks/counters:

If there is no pit in the ground, the water will stagnate all over the battlefield which the opponent can in his own advantage like if I am contact with the water, he can electrocute me or use the water source in his own advantage as the water would no longer be under my control. The technique serves as to wash the opponent away and can be easily extinguished suing a very powerful S-Ranked fire technique.

( Suiton: Suijinchū ) - Water Release: Water Encampment Pillar

Perform the technique:

Seeing a fire technique heading towards me, I quickly perform the Tiger hand seal while focusing my entire water chakra throughout my body. Then I manipulate the water to come out of my body right in front of me and shape manipulates it to form a water barricade capable of defending me from the fire technique. The water barricade became slightly less powerful but successfully defended against the fire technique.

Creative uses/strengths:

The important thing of this technique is that it serves as a defensive barrier. The technique is almost instantaneous and has the capability to defend against all the frontal attack except for the attacks emerging from the ground. The good thing is that it only requires one hand seal and does require any water source, but uses my own body's water to create the wall. Since the water wall would be transparent, I can see through it easily letting me know what the opponent's next move would be.

Drawbacks/counters:

This technique can only be used to defend against attacks and not used as an attack. This is like almost a perfect defensive wall with less drawbacks. However, this wall can stop only frontal attacks and not attacks coming from the backwards or downward or upwards. I really can't think of more drawbacks to this technique.

I need to use the tiger hand seal? O_O
Forgot this question, when the water barricade is up, can I use any other techniques?
Can this stop a lightning technique or it will simply pass through the wall electrocuting it on it's way? (Because after the barrier is up, I don't need to keep contact with it right? So if the lightning stops within the water, I would be intact.)

You exhale the barrier from your mouth; thought I was pretty clear with that. Not sure what "Then I manipulate the water to come out of my body right in front of me" is supposed to mean. And it's a streaming technique, so no other jutsu after this one.
You are connected so long as you use the technique, but the strength of the jutsu (and the chakra within the jutsu) should allow you to cancel lightning from traveling down towards you of lesser rank than this technique (I mean, a D-rank raiton jutsu taking out an S-rank defensive Suiton technique? <.< c'mon).

If there aren't any other questions, you are done with Suiton.
