(Suiton: Ja No Kuchi) - Water Release: Water Snakes Mouth
Rank: B
Type: Offensive
Range: Short-Long
Chakra cost: 20
Damage Points: N/A
Description: After performing the required hand seals Monkey → Rat → Tiger → Dragon → Horse → Dragon it then allows the user to generate a spinning column of water which will take the form of a snake with a gaping jaw. This snake can twist and follow its targets and swallow them. After it has swallowed them, it turns into a river that carries the enemy away.

This techniques requires several hand seals, 6 to be exact, your opponent if he is a snob will try to take advantage of that and try to abuse the timing to his advantage. So be careful when you use it unless if you're a water specialist. I believe this technique does not require a water source since it says it generates the water. The technique basically water and transforms into a stream/river that heads toward your target. The river is made to look like the jaw of a snake for aesthetic purposes but that doesn't really matter. The technique is good to push things away or to guard against fire jutsu, blocking it can be easily by altering the earth to create trenches to drain the water or a wall to block it.

(Suiton: Suikō Teppō no Jutsu) - Water Release: Water Shark Gun Technique
Rank: B
Type: Attack
Range: Short
Chakra cost: 20
Damage points: 40
Description: An advanced version of Water Release: Water Shark Breakthrough in which the user can summon up to three sharks at once rapidly to advance on the target, and can cause severe internal injuries.
Note: Requires a water source

It requires a water source so it may not be useful in certain situations. It just creates three shark bullets of water. Though the water is shaped like a shark at its core its no different than ab orb of water. Keep in mind if you create 1 the tech is full strength, 2 sharks then each is half B-rank, 2 then each is a third B-rank. Guarding against this technique is simple. I won't give any ways, I want you to state those yourself.

1st technique:
- How would you perform it: I concentrate my suiton chakra to my hands and perform the six handseals: Monkey → Rat → Tiger → Dragon → Horse → Dragon. I then release the chakra in the ground, transforming it into water when it is released. I shape this large, river-like small body of water to a snake that looks as if its going to bite you. I could control the snake to any direction and the speed as well. When the snake has 'swallowed' them, it can easily travel and bring the item away.
- How would you use it offensively: If i ever needed my opponent to be in a farther range, i would use this technique. By using the hidden in mist technique, i could block their line of sight. They wouldn't be able to see, so they wouldn't see the snake. It could swallow them and carry them to long range.
- How would you defend against it: I would defend against this technique by using the hiding like a mole technique, to dodge the technique. I could also create a hole in the ground with an earth technique to make the snake deformed.
- Whether or not you find this technique interesting or useful: I find this technique neither interesting or useful, it seems pretty boring and i dont think i would need to transport things.
________________________
2nd Technique:
- How would you perform it: I start out by channeling my chakra in my hands and release it in the water source near me. With that done, i use my chakra to manipulate the shape of the water to sharks, three sharks to be exact. I use my chakra to move the sharks and have it travel towards my opponent at full speeds, giving them severe internal injuries.
- How would you use it offensively: I would use this technique offensively by having the three sharks go at different directions, one to the left, middle, and right. It would be harder to defend against if they are going at three different directions and at full speed.
- How would you defend against it: I would defend against this technique by creating a large and powerful katon to evaporate it, create a thick wall to make it not reach me, or use the destruction torrent technique.
- Whether or not you find this technique interesting or useful: I find this technique interesting and useful because it can cause severe internal damage.

Questions:
- About technique 2, would the sharks be going after them in the water or would they jump out of the water and attack?
- And since we started training at the middle of C-ranks, would we stop in the middle of A ranks or round it off to finishing A-ranks completely? :x3:

(Suiton: Funshutsu Mizu Kinko) - Water Release: Gushing Water Imprisonment
Rank: B
Type: Supplementary
Range: Short - Mid
Chakra cost: 20
Damage points: N/A
Description: The user creates a flow of gushing water under the opponent which traps them in a sphere of water. The user can perform an attack while the opponent is trapped. This jutsu is similar to Water Prison Technique, though the user doesn't need to keep his arm in the sphere of water.
Note: Technique creates its own water source

This technique essentially summons the water beneath the opponent. Nothing more really happens. This technique servers no true purpose other than interrupting your opponents move by suddenly changing their state of being or usually in an opening move to force the opponent to instantly guard. It no defensive uses. It's offensives uses are also limited. To defend against it, just use an earth technique that would push you out of the water or use a wind technique directed at an angle while using the push of the wind on the ground to move backwards while the wind absorbs the water and pushes the water back toward you opponent. The latter of which requires delicate and precise wording, so be careful if you feel you are no descriptive enough to use that strategy.

(Suiton: Mizurappa) - Water Release: Water Horn
Rank: B
Type: Offensive
Range: Mid
Chakra cost: 20
Damage points: 40
Description: After waving the Dragon → Tiger → Rabbit hand seals, the user creates a big jet of water that is launched from their mouth. This technique works exceptionally well with Lava Release: Quicklime Congealing Technique to help it become like cement.

3 hands seals to create a jet of water from your mouth. The water is focused in your stomach, but instead of moving its all at once, you move some out to your mouth and release it in a compressed stream while you continue to focus water chakra in your stomach. This will give the technique a continuous flow instead of simply being one burst. This technique is useful because it can be used to defend against a wider range as you can move the direction that you are facing to alter the stream of water to different areas. It can used to put out fires or to maybe push you off the ground (only useful if you are a water specialist as using 3 hand seals just to push you off the ground is wasteful). Just create a wall large enough wall to block the whole range of the jet.

1st technique:
- How would you perform it: I release my suiton chakra in the ground beneath my opponent. I use my chakra to multiply the water molecules in the air and gather as much water in the bottom of my opponent. Afterwards, the water rises up and traps my opponent in a sphere of water while other water gushes out of the sphere.
- How you would use this technique offensively: I would use this technique offensively by using it as a distraction. My opponent would think that it would be used for offensive purposes, so they would focus on defending against it. Other ways would be channeling lightning techniques in the water to electrocute my opponent.
- How to defend against this technique: I could use an earth release technique to lift myself up in the air so i wont get trapped. I could also use the water the opponent made to use the water azure stream and quickly leave the spot.
- Whether or not you find this technique useful or interesting: I dont find this technique useful because it doesn't have much offensive use, or defensive.

___________
2nd technique:
- How would you perform it: I perform three handseals: Dragon → Tiger → Rabbit and concentrate my suiton chakra in my stomach. After i concentrate my chakra, i inhale air and exhale water. I use my chakra to manipulate the shape and make it a continuous stream of water with a lot of pressure. The stream explodes to a big blast of water in the end of the stream.
- How you would use this technique offensively: I could use this technique offensively to defend against fire style techniques of the same or lesser rank, and if that is the case it could still attack the opponent.
- How to defend against this technique: I could defend against this technique by using a lightning technique and channeling it on the water stream, so that the user would get electrocuted. I could also use an S-rank fire technique to cancel out the two techniques.
- Whether or not you find this technique useful or interesting: I find this technique useful because it has a wide range and can hit cancel the fire to many large fire techniques.

Answers to your questions (sorry, sometimes I answer them in my head and think I did them in writing as well):
1.Yes, the sharks are capable of doing what the original technique was able to do. They can be launched out of the water and be used as shark water bullets.
2. We'll see. I was thinking of stopping at B-ranks.

(Suiton: Haran Banshō) - Water Release: Stormy Blockade
Rank: B
Type: Offensive
Range: Short - Long
Chakra cost: 20
Damage points: N/A
Description: The user will slam their hands against then ground allowing him/her to summon a massive amount of water from the sky, crushing it into the opponent. If needed, the user can cancel the technique in an instant.
Note: The water needs to be summoned at least 10 meters above the opponent to have any real effect.

All in all a summoning technique that summons water. The water can be summoned from any location around the user. The main offensive use is to create the water slightly above the opponent (10 meters as said) so the opponent is crushed under the weight of the water as it slams down on them. It can also be used to summon right on the user simple to cover them in water and cause them to lose their balance, in some cases even carry them off in the current. The latter use does not crush the opponent but more uses the water for supplementary purposes such as prevent lightning techniques or weakening fire techniques. To guard against it, just use a earth jutsu to move the water or move yourself out the water. Or carefully, if the situation allows, use a wind jutsu to push the water back toward the opponent with your wind. This jutsu can be used even more creatively if the user thinks hard enough, but that's your job. I don't wanna give up all my tactics. ;P

(Suiton: Mizugakure no jutsu) - Water Release Hidden Amongst Water Technique
Rank: B
Type: Supplementary
Range: Short
Chakra cost: 20
Damage points: N/A
Description: The user will manipulate their chakra and then blend in with a water source to be undetected by the enemy for a short period of time. However Sensory Ninja and Doujutsu users can find the enemy easily within the water source.

Simply cover your body in chakra. Use the chakra to study the properties of the water that surrounds your body. Then make your chakra recreate those properties of the water. This will cause your body to essentially blend in visually with the water. There are no other true uses. I kinda find this technique a waste. Your opponent, if a sensor or doujutsu useless, can just brush this technique off. While almost anyone else who can confirm that they say you go underwater can just release lightning into the water to shock you. It's a risk to use this technique carelessly, as it's a risk to even use it carefully.

1st Technique:
- How would you perform it: I gather lots of my suiton chakra and release them in the air. I multiply the water molecules in the air and multiply it enough so that it would become as much as a small body of water. Once there is enough water in the air, i release the chakra from the water, giving it nothing to hold it up. The water then falls to the ground quickly, crushing anyone underneath.
- How would you use it offensively: I would use it offensively by summoning the water on them, so that they would not be able to complete their technique that they would perform. Also, i could use this technique to extinguish fire that is up to A-ranks.
- How would you defend against it: I would defend against this technoque by using hiding like a mole.
- Whether or not you find this technique useful or interesting: I find this technique useful because it can extinguish most fires and its fast, so it would be hard to defend against.

_____________
2nd Technique:
- How would you perform it: I cover my entire body with suiton chakra. *underwater* I study the properties of the water with my chakra and copy the properties to my chakra, wet cold blue and transparent. With my chakra acted like water, it would be hard to find me.
- How would you use it offensively: I could use this offensively by hiding in a water source undetected and surprising my opponent.
- How would you defend against it: I would defend against this technique maybe by throwing sand in the water to stick on their bodies
- Whether or not you find this technique useful or interesting: I find this technique useless because it serves no real purpose and can't hide against doujutsu users

Your replies are getting somewhat sloppy. I'll start making you redo them if it continues.

(Suiton: Bakusui Shōha) - Water Release: Exploding Water Colliding Wave
Rank: B
Type: Offensive, Supplementary
Range: Short - Long
Chakra cost: 20
Damage points: 40
Description: The user performs the snake hand seal and creates a large volume of water from their mouth spilling it toward the ground and lifting them up into the air. The user can also ride the wave, allowing him to travel at high speeds and attacking the enemy. The user can create a small ocean worth of water even in barren conditions and can use the water for additional techniques.

A double-edged sword technique in my opinion. The technique requires only one hand seals and generates a massive amount of water from your mouth. But the bad side of this technique is that you must continuously channel chakra into your mouth, in large amounts, and continuously transform the chakra into water and release it. This technique does not just spit the water out once then the area is flooded. You have to keep spitting more and more water out of your mouth. This will actually prevent you from doing other techniques other than a few choice water jutsu that can be combined with this technique. But for the most part you are left drooling water. The water amount is so large that you can channel chakra to your feet and stand on it as it create a wave. This will create a small lakes worth of water (I find ocean a bit misleading) so it can be used to combat a wide array of fire techniques or be used to create a water source. Defending against it is best taken advantage of through the use of a powerful earth technique to create a plateau causing the water to hit the side of the plateau, or by creating a trench to drain the water underground.

(Suiton: Goshokuzame) - Water Style: 5 feeding sharks
Rank: B
Range: Short-Long
Chakra cost: 20
Damage Points: 40
Description: The user will create 5 sharks of water to attack his opponent(s) by putting his hand on a water source. While being in a water source, these sharks can regenerate from surrounding water, making them difficult to destroy. However, if the user severe his connection with the water, the sharks will disperse.
Note: Requires water source to use.

The jutsu requires no hand seals but does require contact with an existing water source. The user will channel their chakra into the water, merge it into certain parts of the water, and shape that volume of water into sharks. This technique creates 5 sharks. The sharks are useful as they can be used to attack the opponent from underwater if the opponent is standing on water, and as long as the sharks are in the water source, even if they take physical damage they can regenerate. The easiest way to stop this technique is to avoid the sharks instead of trying to destroy them and make the opponent remove his hand from the water. This will cause the sharks to turn back into water.

okay, i'll try adding more details
_______
1st technique:
- How would you perform it: I perform the snake handseal andconcentrate suiton chakra in my stomach and channel it towards my mouth. In my mouth, i transform the chakra into water right before i exhale the water. The chakra in my mouth is in high amounts, meaning that the water that would be exhaled would be a lot of water as well. When the chakra is transformed into water, i spit it out in large amounts. I continue to fill my mouth with suiton chakra and transforming it into water right before i exhale it, with this i can have a continuous stream of water from my mouth. After about a minute of exhaling water, the water outside would become so much that it would form a wave. I channel chakra in my feet and stick myself on the center of the wave, where i can ride it and attack at high speeds, all while continuing to spit out water from large amounts of chakra.
- How would you use it offensively: I could use it offensively by using it as a defensive technique first. If they come at me with a fire technique, i use this technique to overpower the fire while i am riding on it. I would have my weapon ready if needed and stab them with it. I could also stop giving it some water when i am close enough to my opponent, quickly do a technique that requires little to no handseals at really close range which would be hard to defend against.
- How you would defend against this technique: By using an earth technique, i can create a sinkhole of some sort to gather all the water, which would disrupt the flow of the user's water. I could also create a thick and very large wall to block against it, and/or channel a lightning technique to electrocute them if possible.
- Whether or not you find this technique useful or interesting: I find this technique.. eh. Its useful for transportation but with the azure water stream, i could perform techniques at the same time.

__________
2nd Technique:
- How you would perform this: I channel suiton chakra in the palms and in my five fingertips. I use the channeled chakra to manipulate the water i am touching with my fingers. The water would shape into shark, one of each with my fingers. I shape it into a shark that can regenerate with the use of water, as long as i am in contact with my water source. I can use these five sharks to attack anyone, and if they ever get destroyed, i would send more chakra to mend the broken parts to re-generate my sharks.
- How you would use this offensively: I would use this technique offensively by creating a clone. I would use that clone to try to make a whirlpool to suck my opponent in the water. I would place my hands in the water and create the five feeding sharks, which would attack them in the water. With my clone, i would be able to perform water techniques while sustaining my sharks.
- How you would defend against this technique: I would defend against this technique by trying to stay away from the water source in the first place. If it is impossible to do so, i would make a barrier around me using earth barrier. Also, i could try to put all the five sharks in one water prison, though that task would be difficult.
- Whether or not you find this technique interesting or useful: I find this technique incredibly useful because it can regenerate and the numbers of the shark is awesome xD

(Suiton: Uramiame no Jutsu) - Water Release: Grudge Rain Technique
Rank: B
Type: Supplementary
Range: Long
Chakra cost: 20
Damage points: N/A (-15 per turn the target remains in the water)
Description: The user will first perform Dog hand seal and then the user create a large storm cloud, which in turn produces rain. The large amount of rain then turns into a large wave of water and sweeps the enemy off their feet. While the targets are trapped in the water, their chakra will slowly be drained away. Chakra draining properties last for two turns.

The jutsu though it seems complex is simply a wave of water that happens in two steps. The technique requires one hand seal for precise control of your water chakra because unlike other techniques were the wave comes directly from you, there is a middle man in this technique. You must first send your chakra into the clouds and turn it into rain. It isn't exactly like rain but more a massive downpour of water from the sky. The second step is where the user brings the falling water together and gives it fluidity. The water turns into a wave that lands on top of the opponents and sweeps them away. This jutsu has slight chakra absorption properties, nothing major though. I personally don't like this technique because of the middle man when I'm trying to straight up block something, but say for example your opponent sends fire chakra into the sky, the first part of this technique can be used to counter your opponents strategy. It can also be used to force your opponent to guard from above him. You can defend against it by creating a wall of earth to form a shield above you or in front of you (depends how the tech is used) to stop the wave from reaching you.

( Suiton: Suishinshū ) - Water Release: Water Quaking Pillar
Rank: B
Type: Offensive
Range: Short
Chakra cost: 20
Damage points: 40
Description: The user jumps into the air and then stabs his sword intothe ground, where he causes water to burst up around him and creating a pillar of water to rise up in the air repelling the enemy

This jutsu needs a swords but requires no hand seals. The range is also only short so be careful of where you use it. The user uses his sword as a medium to channel water chakra and sends water chakra into the ground that bursts up out of the ground as a pillar. This is a good technique to push your opponent away from you if he is at close range and you also have a sword in your hand. The jutsu can also be used to form a pillar in front of you to block fire techniques or other blasts that can be blocked within reason. Guarding against this technique can be done created a wall, or an earth wave like technique to smash through the pillar. Moving out of range works just as fine.

1st Technique:
- How you would perform this technique: I perform the dog handseal and release my chakra in the clouds and skies. My chakra creates storm clouds of its own by using the moisture in the air, which creates rain. I continuously provide the new skies with more and more chakra to sustain the rain. Once it has rained long enough, i use my chakra to gather all the rain drops in one point to create a large wave that is strong enough to knock enemies back. In addition, i added different absorption type of chakra in the rain. Meaning that the rain drains chakra from the target.
- How you would use this technique offensively: I would use this technique offensively to knock my enemies back (in the water source), as a distraction. When they are knocked back they would most likely be underwater, where i can make five feeding sharks technique to keep them underwater long enough for them to drown. I could also use this technique to stop a kirin, maybe lol
- How you would defend against this technique: I would defend against this technique by using a fire technique to be sent to the skies to cancel out the clouds. (like what you would do in the first step of kirin) I could also defend against this technique by putting something above your head that would be strong enough to defend against the wave of water (like the water wall technique in the palm of your hands)
- Whether or not you find this technique interesting or useful: Um, its okay i guess. It has a wave from the rain so it's somewhat useful. However the damage is kinda low.. so yeah.

Question: If you do the first part of this technique after someone shot a B+ rank on the clouds previously, does that mean they wont be able to perform kirin?
______________

2nd Technique:
- How you would perform this technique: I gather my suiton chakra in the tip of my sword. Afterwards, i stab my sword in the ground where i release the chakra at the same time. The chakra quickly travels in at a short-ranged from where i stabbed the ground. It gathers water molecules and multiplies itself creating water underground and by adding more chakra, i add more pressure. When the pressure is added, the water would burst up in the form of a water pillar.
- How you would use this technique offensively: I would use this technique offensively by using it on an opponent who is trapped on a water starch syrup capture technique or on a swamp of some sort. Also, i would use this technique against opponents who might be running towards me to catch them off guard. And i could also act like i just want to put the sword down, so that they would be caught off guard.
- How you would defend against this technique: I would defend against this technique by using the pillar's water to create a flowing stream below my feet (azure water stream) I could also use the water gun technique (from hozuki clan) which i believe would be fast enough to just go through the pillar and the opponent, so they would be caught off guard.
- Whether or not you find this technique interesting or useful: I find this technique useful because it gives you the ability to hide your next moves behind the pillars and gain extra space between you and your opponent.

If you time it so that your water puts out their fire jutsu before it enters the clouds then yes.

( Suiton: Seiryūshō ) - Water Release: Azure Dragon Palm
Rank: B
Type: Offensive
Range: Short
Chakra cost: 20
Damage points: 40
Description: The user unleashes a spiralling torrent of water from his hands.

A simple technique I won't delve into that much. It require no hand seals, it is simply focusing and releasing water chakra from your hands. The technique transforms the water into a torrent. This technique can only be used in short range so should many be used to enhanced hand to hand combat to shield your hands from fire so you can even punch through small fire techniques. To defend, almost any blunt technique would work. A wall of earth, a blast of wind, or a stronger fire technique to cancel it out.

( Suiton: Shizuka Yari ) - Water Release: Droplet Spear
Rank: B
Type: Offensive
Range: Short - Mid
Chakra cost: 20
Damage points: 40
Description: Using their skills with water release, the user creates an orb of water in their hand which they can then release in the form of multiple spearing streams, that they can use to attack their enemy from multiple directions or in spirals.

Another simple technique. Same as the one above with the only exception being the water is formed around the user's hand as an orb instead of released in a torrent. From there the user can split the water into smaller streams and direct them at their targets. A good technique in close range to catch your opponent off guard by attacking him from several directions. It can also be used to block fire jutsu that release multiple small fire balls as you can send a stream to counter each one. Guarding against this jutsu is the same as the jutsu above, expect you must account for a wider range of attack due to its ability to split up.

1st Technique:
- How you would perform it: I gather suiton chakra in my left and right palms. When i release it, i use my chakra to transform it into water molecules enough to create a stream of water. I then use chakra manipulation to shape the stream of water, making it more packed and dense. The water spins around in a spiraling direction with the help of my chakra and expands once it reaches a farther length.
- How you would use this technique offensively: I would use this technique offensively if my opponent is at a short-range and they perform a fire technique. I would use this to blast the fire away making a mist and the rest would go through and hit. With the mist they wont be able to see me and i could attack with different, quick attacks. Also, i could aim it at their faces so they wont be able to see through and attack their stomach or legs to injure them that would last the whole match.
- How you would defend against this technique: I would defend against this technique by using a wind technique to slice through it and hit their hands so they would lose control. I could also use an earth technique to hide underground or create a thick wall in between the torrent to stop its spinning. Other ways would be to create a vortex of my own to overpower it and add a lightning release to strengthen my vortex.
- Whether or not you find this useful or interesting: It seems kind of boring tbh, nothing special but pretty useful in short-range

___________

2nd Technique:
- How you would perform it: I concentrate my suiton chakra in one hand, my left hand to be exact. I gather chakra and transform it into water. I add more chakra to create a somewhat big sphere in my hands. By adding more chakra i am able to add more water into the sphere and use my chakra to shape the extra water. I shape them into many thick, dense whips that come out from the spear to attack enemies.
- How you would use this technique offensively: I would use this technique offensively by using it in short range. When i am at short range i would use this technique to have two of the whips hold down the users two arms and hands. The remaining whips could continue on attacking or i can throw a weapon at them like a kunai.
- How you would defend against this technique: I would defend against this technique by using an earth technique to create a thick wall. I could also destroy the orb beforehand with a fire technique to make it evaporate or a lightning technique to break it apart. Like the lightning, im sure a wind technique could easily slice through it as well
- Whether or not you find this useful or interesting: I find this technique useful but repetitive, it seems this technique comes in many variation.

( Suiton: Nagareru no Yari ) - Water Release: Flowing Spear
Rank: B
Type: Offensive
Range: Short-Mid
Chakra cost: 20
Damage points: 40
Description: The user creates crescent shaped blades of water, which follow the arcs of their hand movements attacking opponents infront of them or they can twirl around while generating the crescent blades to attack all around them.

This technique works by focusing water chakra into your hands. The user sharpens the water chakra into thin blades, then when the user swipes their hand across their body in an arc like fashion, the user releases the thin blades of water following the arc to create a crescent shape. The user can spin will releasing the blades to creating a multi-directional attack. This technique is useful to help power your taijutsu and can only be used to cut through certain techniques as well because of the blade-like nature of the water. In order to guard against it, an earth technique that can block the water blades would be good, this is one of the cases where simply a wall won't work. A more dynamic technique like Earth Flow Wave would be more useful if used properly. Or just overpowering it with a wind blast or cancelling it with fire would also work.

- How you would perform this: I gather and concentrate my suiton chakra in my left hand. After gathering enough chakra, I open my hands and start from the left, and sort of swipe my hands to the right. While I'm swiping my hand I release my chakra in the form of water and sharpen it by manipulating the shape with my chakra. So when the chakra is released while my hands were swung, it creates a thin but sharp blade of water that attacks my opponent. I could also do the same thing but vertically.
- How you would use this technique offensively: I would use it offensively when I am on a taijutsu attack. I would try to hold down my opponents two hands so they can't weave signs. Afterwards I would release only one of their hand so that I could quickly perform this technique in close range which would be hard to defend against. I could also use this technique from behind my opponent. By creating a wall made of earth, I would use hiding like a mole to get behind them without them seeing my position and appear behind and attack with this.
- How you would defend against this technique: I would defend against this technique by destroying it with a fire technique to make it evaporate. Also, by using a wind technique that is sharp and piercing, I could cut through the crescent blades. Lastly, an earth wall could protect against this technique.
- Whether or not you find this technique useful or interesting: I find this technique useful for those who don't have training in taijutsu. They could use this technique before their opponent can get to close range.
