( Suiton: Junsai no Jutsu ) - Water Release: Water Shield Technique
Combinations you could make with this jutsu:I could use this to repel an incoming taijutsu attack, perhaps trapping their head within the water shield asphyxiating them

Ways to Counter:Any jutsu of same rank or a B rank fire jutsu, also a large scale c rank fire jutsu still might make it thru

Uses of this technique (Battle orientated and non-battle orientated):It can be used for defense and is a quick way to have some water available for jutsu's that do require a source of water

Rate the technique out of ten:6

Questions about the technique (Optional):none

I manipulate my water chakra in the sword I have created, and it breaks down and slithers down my arm, I then shape the chakra as it emerges from my forearm into a shield of water from my knee's to just above my head

Combinations you could make with this jutsu: Use the water from this jutsu to execute another jutsu that requires a water source.

Ways to Counter: B rank and above Koton techs or Ration attacks.

Uses of this technique (Battle orientated and non-battle orientated): I could use it to defend against low level elemental techs(except Ration) and ninja tools.

Rate the technique out of ten:4 and a half

Questions about the technique (Optional): Nope

I gather Suiton to my right arm and manipulated the water that I used before. The water wrapped around my entire arm and then created a shield that covered my whole body.

Alright, that's the end of D ranks ^^
Now I want you to both attack me, use at least one D rank jutsu you've learned. If you have any questions, vm me.

As I look at my Sensai I begin to gather and mold my water chakra, breathing in a large breath and once I've gathered a large amount of chakra in my chest I spew forth a think mist from my mouth effectively covering the area and hiding me from sight. Once our line of vision has been cut off I gather more water chakra and channel it into the lake, and manipulate it forming a decent sized wave to form and crash into you as you are blinded by the mist and unable to see the wave coming at you

(Kirigakure No Jutsu) - Hidding in Mist Jutsu
Rank: D
Type: Supplementary
Range: Short-Long
Chakra Cost: 10
Damage Points: N/A
Description: This displacement technique creates a thick mist to spring forth by lifting up some water from either a pre-existing source or expelled from their mouth, then goes in and out of sight at will from within the pearly-white realm. The mist's thickness is controlled by the amount of chakra kneaded into it. It can't fool the Byakugan, but, due to the mist being created with the user's chakra, any Sharingan and Rinnegan-user will see the mist coloured by their opponent's chakra, which will effectively hide the user from the dōjutsu.
Note: Can be created through releasing from mouth or manipulating a nearby water source

(Suiton No Jutsu) - Water technique
Rank: D
Type: Supplementary/Attack/Defense
Range: Short-Mid
Damage Points:20
Description: Creates small waves of water, small blasts, and small shields of water.
Note: Doesn't require a water source but can be used to manipulate existing water.

Vegeta and I stand 5 meters apart from each other as we gazed at our senpai after he told us to attack him. Vegeta immediately created a thick mist around the whole area covering our presence from Vex. I then condense the mist above my hand into water and used shape manipulation to form a sword. I remembered where Vex was standing and sprinted to that area from his right side. As Vegeta wave of water came at Vex's left, I jumped up with the sword in my right hand and swung to the right towards the back of Vex's neck.

(Suiton: Mizu Kuri No Yaiba) - Water Style: Sword of Draining
Rank: D
Range: Short
Chakra cost: 10
Damage Points: 20
Description: A technique that utilizes water to create a sword. The sword can be wielded in the normal fashion, allowing the ninja to cut and stab like with a normal blade.Note: Doesn't require a water source.

(Suiton: Suiben) - Water Release: Water whip
Rank: C
Type: Offensive, supplementary
Range: Short - Mid
Chakra cost: 15
Damage points: 30
Description: After the user performs a series of 3 hand seals Rat → Dog → Ox, the user creates a whip of water that can be used to strike the opponent with a lashing action or wrap around the target to bind them. This technique can also have lightning techniques channeled through when they have bound their victim with the water whip.

Make three handseals, and create a whip. Use the whip to strike at the opponents, or even wrap it around their necks to strangle them. You can channel lightning through the whip, and it can reach up to mid range. The longer the whip is however, the more time it takes for the lightning to reach the opponent.

(Suiton: Suiben) - Water Release: Water whip
Combinations you could make with this jutsu:You can easily combine this with most lightning jutsu's, or use this to bind an enemy as a slower moving attacks comes in so they can't defend

Ways to Counter:A jutsu to get out of range, a D ranked Earth or equal ranked jutsu

Uses of this technique (Battle orientated and non-battle orientated):In battle this is obviously good for binding an opponent and shocking them, or just beating them with it (I prefer the 1st one), and non battle it could be used to restrain an intruder

Combinations you could make with this jutsu:
~Bind my opponent arms so he wont be able to weave handseals. Afterward, I would either channel Ration chakra through the whip, or use my free hand to attack him with a sword or ninja tools (kunais and shurikens).

Ways to Counter:
~If the user chooses to bind the target, the target can counter with Nagashi by using the whip as a medium to paralyze the opponent and breakout of the jutsu all in one move.

Uses of this technique (Battle orientated and non-battle orientated):
As said in the description of the jutsu, this move is to be used as a whip to lash at opponents or bind them anywhere on their body.

(Suiton: Mizuame Nababara) - Water Style: Starch Syrup Capture Field
Rank: C
Range: Short/Long
Chakra Cost: 15
Damage Points: N/A
Description: The user After performing the required hand seals Ram → Tiger spits out high-viscosity, chakra infused water, aimed at a surface of wide scope. This is a stream of sticky liquid which can be used to form an adhesive trap that can inhibit a person's mobility. One can effectively reduce their enemy's area of activity with this technique, and has the effect of being able to take complete control over the battlefield. The normal scope of this technique is normally just a few metres, but if prepared, it is also possible to make an entire pond of starch syrup. Being caught in the technique can be avoided by channelling chakra to one's feet allowing one to walk upon it uninhibited, beforehand.

Make the handseals, and channel water into your mouth. Spit out a highly adhesive chakra infused water, but make it widespread. This won't harm the opponent, but you can bind him in place and make it impossible for him to move. You can make an entire pond, but the jutsu can be avoided if you channel chakra in your feet to walk on it undisturbed.

(Mizu Bunshin) - Water Release: Water Clone
Rank: C
Range: Short
Type: Supplementary
Chakra Cost: 15
Damage Points: N/A
Description: After performing the Tiger hand seal the user creates a clone of themselves made of water. These water clones have 1/10th of the users chakra. These clones are also limited in that they can only travel short range from the user without losing control. When a water clone take enough damage they revert back to normal water.
Note: Can only perform up to C rank Water techniques and requires a water source.

Make the tiger handseal, and create a clone made from water. They only have one/tenth of your chakra and are made of water. They can only use up to C rank water jutsu, and the clones can only travel short range from you. The clones will disperse back into water if they wander to far off. Unlike the E rank jutsu, these clones can actually hold stuff..

Combinations you could make with this jutsu:
~After applying the sticky water all over my opponent. The water would be to heavy for him to move or weave handseals and the stickiness from the water would bind his limbs together. I could then easily decapitate his head with a sword or use a Ration tech.
~Create a deep pond of this sticky water and then create stone spikes underneath the pond so the opponent won't notice it. This combo would work better if you Y/Y, so you can do both moves in under 3 seconds.

Ways to Counter:
~Channel chakra to your feet to walk on top of the sticky liquid.
~A full body surge jutsu can help you breakout if you're covered in it.

Uses of this technique (Battle orientated and non-battle orientated):
~It is used to bind your opponent and slow them down with the sticky liquid.

Rate the technique out of ten:4 ½

Questions about the technique (Optional): Would chidori nagashi be a good move to use to breakout from the sticky water? Would you end up paralyzing yourself instead?

Combinations you could make with this jutsu:
~You can use them to attack from multiple directions with C rank or below water techs.
~Try to get them close to your opponent so can use them as a medium to execute another water jutsu.

Ways to Counter:
~A widespread attack should be enough to take them all out in one move.

Uses of this technique (Battle orientated and non-battle orientated):
To create clones out of water to assist you in battle. Such as:
~Using them as a diversion.
~To put more pressure on your opponent
~Using them as shields

(Suiton: Mizuame Nababara) - Water Style: Starch Syrup Capture Field
Combinations you could make with this jutsu:Countless combo's if you get this one to hit (basically any jutsu, but preferably a quick one to hopefully not give them enough time to escape), also you can use this to steer the opponent where you want them by covering the battlefield except where you want them to be.

Ways to Counter:Channeling chakra to your feet to walk on top of it

Uses of this technique (Battle orientated and non-battle orientated):Battle I would use this to bind my enemy giving me the time I need to dispatch them swiftly or nail them with a jutsu that is powerful but takes awhile to use, like with a lot of hand seals

Rate the technique out of ten:6

Questions about the technique (Optional):Is channeling your chakra to your feet to escape something anyone can say they did, or is it a specific jutsu?

Combinations you could make with this jutsu:Finally a tangible clone  This can be used to perform c rank and below water jutsu's in conjunction with your own attacks, and you can also use them as a source of water for jutsu's that require a source

Ways to Counter:A D rank earth jutsu or equal ranked jutsu, force the clone to go further than short range from the user

Uses of this technique (Battle orientated and non-battle orientated):Battle it's a no brainer, use the clones to co-ordinate attacks and corner your enemy, giving him no escape. Also using the clone to battle, then finishing them off by using the clone for a water source. Non battle you could use the clone to open scrolls, carry things and what not.

It's cool :3
And I don't believe so, as it is not just simple 'water' anymore. It's much more adhesive, and viscous. Although, it is still technically water, so I would assume that it does just to be safe.

Well, you can't freeform avoid any jutsu. You would have to use a jutsu that channels chakra into your feet probably.

(Suiton: Suigandan) - Water Release: Water Fang Bullet
Rank: C
Range: Short
Type: Offense
Chakra Cost: 15
Damage Points: 30
Description: A technique that deals physical damage to the enemy with a liquid mass brought forth from underwater. Its power to kill and maim is augmented by adding a spinning motion to the compactly pressured water. During fights on water, taking advantage of its characteristic ability to attack from anywhere in a 360 degrees radius, in conjunction with other techniques for distraction, confusion and so forth, this technique has an extensive array of applications.
Note: Requires a water source.

Focus on the water source, and channel your water chakra through it. Use shape manipulation to then bring out a mass of the water, and cause it to spin rapidly to augment its physical force, and have it slam into my clone causing extremely heavy bruising and possible broken bones depending on where you hit him.

Suiton: Kirigakure Shiryoku Hakudatsu) - Water Release: Hidden Mist Eye Sight Deprevation
Rank: C
Type: Supplementary
Range: Short-Mid
Chakra cost: 15(-3 each turn to keep it active)
Damage Points: N/A
Description: Using the hidden mist jutsu the user reflects the natural light an a way that it blinds there opponent temporarily as long as the opponent is in the mist.
Note: Must have already used hidden mist jutsu

Pretty cool jutsu, use the hidden mist jutsu first. Then, channel more chakra into the mist, and make it extremely bright. Make it so that it uses natural light to blind the opponent. This jutsu is very conditional, meaning that it won't work without you using hidden mist jutsu, which could possibly limit or expand its usage depending on your thought process.

Combinations you could make with this jutsu:
This a good move to use when you're trying to create openings for other moves. I would infuse it with ration to increase its power and piercing ability.

Ways to Counter:
Staying out of the water is one thing you can do. Using a quick defense that could be made without handseals would also be effective when defending against this move.

Uses of this technique (Battle orientated and non-battle orientated):
I would take advantage of this move capabilities and have my opponent wondering where am I going to attack next while I plan another attack which would also catch him by surprise.

Rate the technique out of ten:4 ½

Questions about the technique (Optional):None

I channeled my Suiton chakra within the water source that is nearby to my right. I first created a vortex and then used shape manipulation to form drill rising above the water surface that spins around rapidly. I aimed it towards the clone that was standing next to Vex and slammed the drill against it's chest. The results were the clone dispersing in a cloud of smoke in thin air.

Combinations you could make with this jutsu:
There aren't any combos you can use in conjunction with move other than the original hidden mist jutsu. While your opponent is blinded, take advantage of the situation and go for the kill. It helps if you're a sensor, hyuga, or inuzuka user so you can track down your opponent in the mist.

Ways to Counter:
A widespread wind jutsu would blow away the mist all together.

Uses of this technique (Battle orientated and non-battle orientated):
You would use this move to blind your opponent who's in the mist and use it to your advantage to launch a surprise attack.

Rate the technique out of ten:4 ½

Questions about the technique (Optional):None

I first create the original Hidden in the Mist jutsu and spread it around the open training field. After that was completed, I added in more chakra to the mist so I can cause a reflection within the mist to form. The reflection would use the natural light that is outside, and use it to blind anybody that was caught inside the mist.

Combinations you could make with this jutsu:I think this would great in conjunction with Lightning Style: False Darkness Spear and have the lightning shoot from my mouth while manipulating this with my hands and have them tie together in a combination attack

Ways to Counter: A jutsu to get out of range, equal ranked jutsu (excluding Fire of course) or a D rank Earth jutsu

Uses of this technique (Battle orientated and non-battle orientated): Can be used to attack an enemy either in conjunction with another attack or if on water can really be used to attack from all directions (if I'm reading it right)

Ways to Counter:Wind jutsu to dispel the mist, a jutsu to get to long range....close your eyes?

Uses of this technique (Battle orientated and non-battle orientated): Can be used to hinder an opponent/intruder blind and unable to see your attack (as if the mist wasn't bad enough lol)

Uses of this technique (Battle orientated and non-battle orientated): Can be used to hinder an opponent/intruder blind and unable to see your attack (as if the mist wasn't bad enough lol)

Questions about the technique (Optional):Does this blind the user as well, or is it something like the Solar Flare from DB where they close their eyes while performing it to avoid being blinded?
You don't create multiple water fang bullets, it's just one but it can come from any direction xD.
The jutsu doesn't blind the user if you close your eyes, similar to if you had just thrown a flash bomb, you know the flash of light is coming so why would you leave your eyes open? It's best however to leave it to the last possible moment, so the opponent doesn't suspect anything.

(Suiton: Suishōha) - Water Style: Water Shock Wave
Rank: C-B-Rank
Type: Offensive, Supplementary
Range: Short-Long
Chakra Cost: 15-20
Damage Points: 30-40
Descripton: This technique allows the user after claping their hands together to make a spiralling vortex of water to form around them out of nowhere in a vortex like manner. The vortex then proceeds to cascade into an wave of water that rampages towards the intended target or all around. The size and power of the technique is dictated by the amount of chakra put into the technique, varying from C-rank to B-Rank.

Channel water chakra into both your hands, and clap your hands together. Make a spiralling vortex of water between your hands, and let it form around you. It should then surge outwards as a large wave of water that would cascade into the target, or you could make it more widespread.

(Suiton: Ukojizai no Jutsu) - Water Style: Rain Tiger at Will Technique
Rank: C
Type: Supplementary
Range: Short-Long
Chakra cost: 15
Damage Points: N/A
Description: A perception ninjutsu, allowing one to freely manipulate rain infused with the user's own chakra after waving the Bird → Rat → Ox → Monkey → Rat → Snake hand seals. The rain falls from rain clouds, formed with the users own chakra. During this technique, the falling raindrops are closely linked to the users senses. When the rain is obstructed by a chakra belonging to someone the existence of the target can be detected. The rain will keep on falling until the user uses the seal to cancel it.

Very very userful jutsu. Make the handseals, and concentrate your water chakra into the heavens. Condense the water molecules in the air to form clouds, but infuse them with your chakra. When the rain drops fall, they should all be infused with your chakra, and whenever they strike something with chakra, you can detect that object or even person.

Water Style: Water Shock Wave

Combinations you could make with this jutsu:
~After you cascade the vortex, you can distribute some of your Ration chakra into the wave. Wave of Inspiration is one move out of many you can use.
~While inside the vortex, you can hide some explosive tags within the water and surprise your opponent.

Ways to Counter:
~Attacking from above would be smart because the user's attention is focused on controlling the vortex and would not see it coming. Unless he says he saw the technique's shadow.
~If the user is unable to see through the vortex, you can take advantage of this opportunity and launch a high powered attack, a lightning jutsu would be best.

Uses of this technique (Battle orientated and non-battle orientated):
~Though it says it's an offensive move, I could still use this as a defense and offense all at the same time.
~It can be used as an omnidirectional attack or you can focus all of its power on one target.

Questions about the technique (Optional): Would the user see through the vortex while inside it?

Water Style: Rain Tiger at Will Technique

Combinations you could make with this jutsu:
~There are no combinations you make for this technique. It's a sensory jutsu that uses the rain to detect other chakra signatures.

Ways to Counter:
~Hiding under something that can prevent you from being caught in the rain, but that make no sense because you won't be able to fight. So it's best to juts deal with it until your opponent finally releases it.

Uses of this technique (Battle orientated and non-battle orientated):
~To be used to detect other existing chakra and their location

Rate the technique out of ten:4 ½

Questions about the technique (Optional):Are there any other ways to stop this jutsu? I noticed that the user doesn't lose any chakra per turn while this is up.

Isn't this move for people who passed the rain test?

(Suiton: Suishōha) - Water Style: Water Shock Wave
Combinations you could make with this jutsu:using "Lightning armour" As the water surrounds you (Not touching you) would electrify the water before it rages outward in a wave form

Ways to Counter: Equal ranked jutsu, D-C ranked Earth jutsu. I would probably try to attack the enemy before they are able to make it into a wave if possible

Uses of this technique (Battle orientated and non-battle orientated):I could see this as not only a good defensive maneuver against tai/kenjutsu, but also offers a offensive attack with the capacity of reaching long range. This could also be used to flood the field with water for future use, or to electrify the wet ground at the enemies feet

Combinations you could make with this jutsu:I love this (As an Ame shinobi, how could I not ^_^). I would combine this by using it in battle, the rain could even be used as a water source I believe. So every move you are capable of doing (Even any moves that are possible cause you were able to sense the enemies presence) is technically a combination

Ways to Counter: Like OG said, hiding under, say, my Ame umbrella would help, or being Mu and using his camouflage technique

Uses of this technique (Battle orientated and non-battle orientated):This technique makes it much harder for the enemy to meta game his location, like saying they attack you from a hidden location. I love that it continues unless the user cancels it

Questions about the technique (Optional): Yes, could the rain be used as a water source for other jutsu?

You can, because water is transparent. Your vision however will be worse than usual.

The rain cannot be used as a water source.

(Suiton: Suirou No Jutsu) - Water Style: Water Prison
Rank: C
Type: Supplementary
Range: Short
Chakra cost: 15
Damage Points: N/A
Description: This technique is used to trap a victim inside a virtually inescapable sphere of water by waving the Snake → Ram → Horse → Hare → Ram → Horse → Hare → Hands spread in front palms out. The only downside to this technique is that the user must keep at least one arm inside the sphere at all times in order for the victim to remain imprisoned. This technique requires a sufficient amount of water, which can be provided by expelling it from one's mouth. Once trapped the target is unable to move while within it due to the heaviness of the water. Because of the density of the water it can be used, to a limited extent, for defensive purposes if performed on oneself. Water clones can be used in preparation for the technique, which block an opponent's attack and trap the attacker in the prison using the clone's own water.

Make the handseals, and concentrate water chakra. Spread your palms out, and form a sphere composed of water. Make sure your arm stays connected to the sphere however, which is a bit limiting. You can use a water source, or simply expel water from your mouth for this jutsu. You can also have a water clone do this jutsu, rather than limiting yourself.

(Suiton: Mizu Kawarimi) - Water Style: Water Replacement
Rank: C
Type: Supplementary
Range: Short
Chakra cost: 15
Damage Points: N/A
Description: The user can freely transform his body into liquid. This form allows him to avoid taking direct damage from many physical attacks but can not attack while in this form.

Concentrate water chakra, but don't focus it into any particular body part. Make it go all over your body, then use shape manipulation on your body, to make your entire body the consistency of water. This way, attacks will pass through you. However, you can still be harmed by fire jutsu of a high enough rank. This jutsu falls under the substitution rules and restrictions.
