The normal scope of this technique is normally just a few metres, but if prepared, it is also possible to make an entire pond of starch syrup. Being caught in the technique can be avoided by channelling chakra to one's feet allowing one to walk upon it uninhibited, beforehand.

Gather a decent amount of water chakra while performing [Ram → Tiger] hand seals Upon completing performing the hand seals channel your gathered chakra to your mouth and use shape manipulation to turn the water to sticky liquid and ocne my clone comes close to you spit the sticky liquid from your mouth towards the sky above him which cause the liquid to spread and trap my clone in it causing a Shortness of breath to my clone.

Weaknesses of technique: By weaknesses I'm guessing you mean disadvantages. Soo the disadvantages are that the syrup could be countered with a fire technique.
Strong points about the technique: Again by strong I'm guessing advantages. Soo the advantages are that due to being syrup like it is very very sticky and has a high chance of entrapping.

It will be bad counter to you fire technique against it i would suggest you to use wind technique higher rank than it to throw it away or earth technique to destroy it.

Description: After performing the Tiger hand seal the user creates a clone of themselves made of water. These water clones have 1/10th of the users chakra. These clones are also limited in that they can only travel short range from the user without losing control. When a water clone take enough damage they revert back to normal water.
Note: Can only perform up to C rank Water techniques.

While performing tiger hand seal gather decent amount of your water chakra then channel it from your body into a spot that is next to you in short range then use shape manipulation to turn the water chakra into a body made of water that has the same look as you that is able to use water techniques up to C rank.
