Water scientifically is an imperative source for survival either if it's for humans, plants, or animals. Water in the context of naruto is an element that can be used offensively or defensely. To me water is more of an offense element because of its ability to flow. Three water release users are tobirama, zabuza, and kisame. Three water release techniques are Water Release: Water Needles Technique, Water Release: Water Whip, and Water Release: Water Tornado.

Now, I want you to meditate under the waterfall, letting the water soak you. Be one with the water. After meditating there for at least an hour, tell me how it feels.

Oh sorry sensei! *My body felt like the chakra and blood in my body were water, it's as if my chakra was flowing through my body more fluidly and calmly then before. I started to feel a sense of defenseiveness yet also offensive, powerful and invigorating, and yet calm.

Then with very careful manipulation, I mold the water into small waves then with a thrust and some more manipulation I send the waves to hit your clone and make him go poof.*

Yes sensei! *I concentrate and gather my chakra in my body and then I channel it into m surroundings. I then mold my chakra in the air and then use shape manipulation to change the density of the air around me to be denser and thicker. The mist starts to form in the area.*

Yes sensei sir! *I first gather my suiton chakra into my hands. I then start releasing the chakra letting it take the shape of a sword. The sword then hardens (sorta). I then run towards the tree and slash it then stab it. Buhahaha!*

As you do this, use shape manipulation to mold the water into the shape of a shark made of highly compressed water. Once you have done this, you will use your chakra to make the shark 'swim' through the air, and slam into my clone.

Yes senpai sir! *I send my chakra streaming through a water source that is near me, I then take a fair amount of water that is in the source. I then bring the water akve the surface, then I use shape manipulation to mold the water to change its shape I to a shark made compeletly of highly pressurized water. I then move the shark to "swim" through the air aiming straight for your clone so that he goes poof.*

This technique can also have lightning techniques channeled through when they have bound their victim with the water whip.

To perform this technique, you'll want to start by performing the following hand seals: Rat → Dog → Ox. As you perform these, gather your water chakra into one of your hands. Upon completing the hand seals, manipulate the chakra to form a 'tube' of water in the palm of the hand you gather chakra in. By adding additional chakra to the tube, you will be able to control the length of the whip at will. You will also be able to manipulate your chakra within the whip to control it's movement, thus making it trickier to dodge. Use it to wrap up my clone and then squeeze him to death.

Yes senpai sir! *I start by performing the necessary hand seals Rat>Dog>Ox. I then gather my suiton chakra into my right hand. Then I shall use shape manipulation to change the water in my hands to a tube or a whip in the palm of my right hand. I then whiplash my arm so that the water whip wraps around your clone so that he go's "POOF".* The advantages are that if you know how to use this technique well you can control the lengthy and height as you said. The disadvantages are that in the hands of a beginner it can be harder to control and easier to dodge.
