Thanks sensei.
One/three advantages:
How you would counter it: I would counter it by simply using the wind stream technique to change my direction in mid-air in order to escape the attack.
How you perform it(withasmuch detailasyou can): To begin the attack, i start by getting into close range with the target and delivering several punches to the target then after a series of punches, i kick the target up into mid-air and i quickly start to focus on my chakra system and chakra flow. I then turn my raw chakra into suiton chakra by making my raw chakra cool and calm. Then i channel the suiton chakra into my right hand and start to spin my right hand continously in an arc to shape manipulate the suiton chakra to form an arc shape blade of water which i then release at the target in mid-air to finish him off.

Sensei, do you mind teaching me some of your customs? Please.
One/three advantages:
- 1. It is an attack that cannot be easily evaded since the target will still be trying to recover from the puches and kicks.
- 2.
- 3.
- 1. The user must first deliver several punches at the target before this jutsu can be done.
- 2. The jutsu only affects a target within short range from the user and must also be in mid air.
- 3.
