Both you, and your target need to be standing on a water source, you will send your water chakra into the water below your target, use shape manipulation on the water underneath him to form a whirlpool under him, that will suck him under the water. Not the most overly used technique, nor the most useful imo,.

One/three advantages:
How you would counter it: I would counter it by using a jutsu to push my self backwards(long range) or just spit a powerful fire jutsu to the middle of the water to cancel the effect.
How you perform it(withasmuch detailasyou can): To start of the jutsu, i begin to focus on my chakra system and chakra flow, then i proceed further by turning my raw chakra into suiton chakra and then channel my suiton chakra through my feet into the water body that im standing on and then i use the suiton chakra to spin the water and form a whirl pool that sucks anything within mid range with it(except from me).
- 1. It can be done quickly since it requires no handseals.
- 2. It has a high sucking power that sucks any opponent within mid range.

Description:After performing the Ram → Snake → Tiger hand seals the user creates a flammable black mist that forms a small cloud. The user can then move the cloud above their target and disperse it, covering the target in flammable oil.
Please tell me if you do not understand this one please; by forming the required handseals, you will release a mist; this mist has a special type of water in it, it's oil, oil that is flammable. The mist will form into a cloud of about a mid-range radius, it will rain down. This flammable oil, this cloud can be controlled and follow around you target if need be. This oil will cover your target, which then allows you to use a fire technique to ignite the target into a flames, doing good damage.

How you perform it(withasmuch detailasyou can): To start the jutsu, i make the required 3 handseals Ram → Snake → Tiger in that order then i start by focusing on my chakra system and chakra flow and i convert my raw chakra into suiton chakra by making my raw chakra cool and wet i then use the suiton chakra to create a black mist which forms a black cloud made of flammable oil and i control it to go over my opponent and make it fall over my opponent and then proceed further by hitting my opponent with a fire jutsu that burns him due to the presence of flammable oil on his body.

Description: After performing the required hand seals Boar → Dog → Ram the user creates a waterfall by developing spring water in a place without water veins and manipulating the resulting water current to form a wave. This is a very convenient technique as it can be used for training or relaxation. On the other hand, because it changes the environment on a large scale, it also has the effect of hiding one's location from the enemy by confusing them. The width of the water source, waterfall, and basin can be expended, as long as the user continues to send chakra in.
This technique is pretty much to make a water source if their isn't one. Can be used for training, or for battle whatever you want with water this gives it.
Do not give me a disadvantage, that it doesn't do any damage.

How you perform it(withasmuch detailasyou can): To start the jutsu, i begin by making the required 3 handseals Boar → Dog → Ram in that order then i start to focus on my chakra system and chakra flow and i proceed further to turn my raw chakra into suiton chakra by making my raw chakra cool and free flowing. I then release the suiton chakra into the earth to form a basin with water in it.
- 1. By sending suiton chakra into the water, the water can still be manipulated to form other jutsus.
- 2. The water basin can be created under the opponent in such a way that if the water is hit with a lightning jutsu, it will deal a great amount of damage to the target due to the presence of the water.

Description: The user will manipulate one of their water clones to dissolve back to water and turn into four pointed projectiles that shoot at the target.
Note: Must create a water clone before hand.
Create a water clone then use your chakra to change it's form back into water from that manipulate the chakra into projectiles that are sharp then send them towards your target.

- 2. The jutsu cannot be controlled, it goes in the direction that it is being launched to from the start.

Simple technique, punch and kick. So they end up in the air, then gather up your water chakra in either one of your arms and then proceed to swing said arm releasing a arc shape blade of water towards your target.
