Inhaling, I began harvesting chakra while converting it to Suiton. By the time I was ready to exhale so was the massive amount of Suiton chakra in my gullet. As I released it extensive shape manipulation was used to form a sort of barrier around me, with absolutely no opening. As the water rose up I relased a great portion of Raiton chakra into the immediate air around me causing a vortex to form, merging with the water fence a deadly, suer conducted dragon was formed. The massive amount of electricity ionized the water before flying the air at great speed and ferocity biting the clone in a deadly explosion.

Yes you are right its not possible. You are indeed spitting the water as it forms a fence so I don't see how you are able to combine it with lightning while still spitting it.

Well defensively that's really straightforward. Say like a fireball(s) is coming at you from odd angles or you're unsure where to turn this can be considered an omnidirectional defense.
Offensively this can be used to trap extremely close opponents or objects for damage. The large volume of water is capable of not only drowning but crushing them.
Well supplementary wise, this jutsu can be used for a temporary shield while you prepare another hutsu under its cover. Or just to distract the opponent making him believe you would be on the inside cowering you could take this an opprtunity to flee via underground techs

The aftermath of what you did is a small lake. Now we are both standing on a water source.
I flash a seal and a clone manifest. He blitz towards you and I want you to prepare yourself. As he gets to short range of you, focus your chakra into the water beneath him to explode upwards so that he is launched into the air. As he is now airborne, jump and reach above him while gathering water chakra around your arm. Shape the water into a whirlpool around you arm and hit him back down with it.
I flash a seal and a clone manifest. He blitz towards you and I want you to prepare yourself. Watching the clone intently I track it as it neared me in blazing speed. Standing on the water source slowly swaying with its current I waited for the clone to reach at least 5m of my position where I sent my Suiton chakra into the water below our feet causing it to explode violently stunning and knocking the clone in the air, after which I launched myself above it. While in the air I then ran my Suiton chakra over my arm to form a rapidly rotating spear to slam the clone back into the water. After which I switched my chakra from Suiton to Raiton and formed 4 blazing hand seals (Rabbit → Dog → Boar → Ram → Rat) and released a wave of unfocused lightning to react with both the clone and the water, killing it immediately.

Personally, if this was performed on me I would perform (Doton no Yoroi) - Earth Release Arm to not only tank the explosive force of the water but to also prevent myself from being pushed upwards, as this would give me somewhat of an added weight to anchor me, not sure sure if I would fall under the surface but at least I would have evaded a potentially fatal move.

Remember, you are on a water source.
That earth armor requires you to coat yourself with "surrounding earth". However, there is no earth source for you to use.
Also the explosion happens immediately and instead of trying to defend the harmless explosion, why no defend when you are propelled high. Except ofcourse, you are able to percieve chakra, then you can see the explosion coming.
Now once again. Think and tell me how you'll survive from this explosion.

Ok I learned something then. Ok so Earth Armor is impossible so I would simply perform Wind Stream Technique to divert my course of flight away from the enemy's killing blow. This is also an hypothesis, will I be able to pull this off before the second hit?

Its debatable. Since wind stream itself is regarded as a slow technique. It'll be better if you have a full body blast, hardening tech(though just on the body part where you think the impact would occur), full body transformation, etc, etc.

Quickly focus your chakra into the water beneath you and manipulate it into spinning and rising around you inform of a water tornadoe with you safely at the center. Can you use this to defend and then attack?

Okay, while standing on the water source I quickly honed my Suiton chakra to assume control over the water source, willing it to rise in a tornado like manner around me as the epicenter. Catching the kunais mid flight and tossing them in random directions with its undulating currents. After the wall of water had defended me I then caused it to cascade as a wave of water to quickly blow the clones away.

This great amount of water then began cascading in a tidal wave like manner, destroying and washing away everything in its wake.

This one is quite different. Unlike the one you did which covers you from all sides, this only covers the front and is way larger then the one above.

I wouldn't combine it with lightning, its too close I might damage myself.

Next begin to build a huge amount of chakra into your stomach then convert it to water chakra. Tilt your head downwards and spit a continous current of large dense water against the ground. The water you lift you up high into the air as you continue to spit it then manipulate the water to quickly encapsulate you and my traped clone into an oval shaped blob of water.

I then inhaled a large amount of water, swelling my chest before spitting out the Suiton chakra, which had turned into water by then, unto the ground. The volume of water was astounding! So forceful it lifted me off the ground, while carving a small ditch in the hard earth very easily. As I had reached max height I formed a simple hand seal, exerting great shape manipulation on the large source of water beneath me to rise up in a globular shape to encase me. Quite strategically, the clone was caught too, but being caught by surprise it didn't have time to catch a breath or anything. It drowned after a few excruciating seconds of struggling.

Uhh this one is tricky to escape, lets see, I'd gather a huge breath before the water completely encapsulates me then release a blast of Wind equally as powerful to split it's hold on me apart.
