Sorry if I made my explanation unclear but I will rephrase a quick summary of 3 ways to use it and then I will show you an example.

1. It can be used to create a water source (you create water which you can use for other water techniques)
2. You can use it to create a water source (for when you summon animals which requires water)
3. you can use it to create water around the opponent to attack them in any way imaginable.


Performance: After I perform 6 hand seals I send my chakra deep into the ground beneath my opponent, whereas I force water to rise around my opponent quickly, while I manipulate the water to form a crushing sphere around them, which will suffocate them within the water while I compress it resulting in them suffocating while being immobilized.


I hope you got the hang of it, and I want you to perform the technique 3 times, explaining each usage.

I have read your description of your 3 performances, you used them all correctly and in a smart way and I see that you understand how the technique works which is essential for you to be able to use it properly. The way you used it and the way i described it you made it quit clear how you wanted to use it, but I am not satisfied with your writing. Yes you used it correctly and all, but you repeat yourself, you are simply copy and pasting your last response and then you are removing and adding a few things which makes them a little different from each other. But if you yourself take a look at your own performance, the first 3 / 4 lines in each description is almost identical. For this I will not let you pass to the next technique, seeing that you lack the ability to use your imagination and you have to describe the same technique in different ways to make it more interesting and make it easier for yourself to understand and use it. That is why you will have to perform this technique once more, with all 3 uses with atleast 5 lines of writing for each, and they must all be different. and a side note, you dont have to state all the hand seals your using, you can simply say that you performed a bunch of hand seals.

This could actually be useful. Water all around the opponent, could attack from every angle, and the best upside to the technique is that imagination is all that is required.

Hey I apologize for the delay.

Alright this is much better your understanding the technique much better now, though you can always use this with Tobirama after you mastered it very fast and quick attacks. The technique has those 3 ways of usage, though the final one that you performed, you cannot create pistols of water, you can only manipulate the water to attack the opponent, you cannot manipulate it to take form, sorry. And as for your questions, no you cannot freeform create a water penguin, you need to sign the contract, and water sources do not make a technique stronger, but it is needed for some techniques.

Alright this technique is fast to perform, though it is only usable while in the water, meaning you need to be in a lake or the sea or anything of the like. To use this technique you must jump into the water (points at water source) from there you will dive down just under the surface where you will then expell your water chakra through your feet and into the water creating a spiralling motion in the water behind you to make you move forward through the water. Using this technique you will partially smask your presence and you will be able to move around in the water freely.

Now please perform it and tell me everything you understand about it and its weakness and such.

Alright seeing it is quite easy to understand and you explained it quite well there is not much to tell, besides be careful when using this against an opponent as lightning is very dangerous in that situation.

Now there is not much to say about this technique, it is fast and easy to perform. You simply point your hand at your opponent while releasing your Water chakra through your arm and into your hand where you will release it in a jet stream of Water. Though this Water only reaches short range of you. perform it and if you have any questions or anything you want me to elaborate on then please say so.

Ok sensei. I have a question about this jutsu. What is it's power? Can it kill if I aim it at my opponent's eye thus breaking through the cranium?

Tobirama stands in a regular stance, and starts gathering Suiton chakra. He feels clam, cool, collect, mellow, and at ease. When he gathered enough Suiton chakra in his stomach he stopped gathering it, and the chakra started moving. The chakra moves from his gut, to his arm, and finally to his palm. Tobirama extends his hand, where the clone can see Tobirama's whole palm. Tobirama releases the Suiton chakra from his palm and uses chakra manipulation to compress the chakra and sharpen it, while using shape manipulation to make it come out as a jet or stream.

This attack seems rather OP. If it can kill, I don't see why it is not used more. No hand seals, almost un block able in short range [unless your opponent knows Domu] and it just seems basic and easy to use. Anyways, I would use this if I was in short range of someone and they were using an attack that requires a lot of hand seals.

Perform the seals, then by using that water source over there, send your suiton in to and manipulate the water to turn into a spiralling stream of water. What more to say; able to strike the target over many different directions, and seems rather unused, as not many people use it, but then again it's hassle when they require a source of water, imo.

One/three disadvantages (no obvious ones, be creative):

• 1. Them hand seals are annoying and time consuming.
• 2. You need a water source, which is hard to come buy unless you use a high scale Suiton in advance.
• 3. Heaven's convergence is kind of like this technique, but with Heaven's convergence I can use it up too long range.

How you would use it in battle: With my Tobirama biography, I could create water out of thin air and attack my opponent from multiple angles as he is hiding in a dome or preparing a time consuming jutsu.
How you would counter it: Doton: Domu, an Earth wall, or I could blow the attack away with a Fuuton.
How you perform it (with as much detail as you can):

Tobirama takes his stance with his arms limp, head facing the bunshin, ready to show his new sensei what's up. Tobirama starts gathering Suiton chakra within himself. As he does this, he feels cool, mellow, swift, and calm. After gathering a fair amount of Suiton chakra, Tobirama preforms the Boar → Dog → Horse → Tiger hand seals and exerts his chakra on the water source. As he does this, he uses chakra manipulation to compress and sharpen the water, while using shape manipulation to make one single spike. The spike of water then penetrates the bunshin.

Go stand on that nearby water source and send your suiton chakra into it, and manipulate the water to turn into a whirlpool, that should suck my clone underwater. I think you and your opponent either have to be really close to the source or standing on it for this technique to work, correctly.

• 1. This is an interesting attack, as it requires no hand seals.
• 2. When forming the whirlpool, my opponent would lose their balance, ultimately opening their defense for an attack.
• 3. I could drown someone without being Kisame, which is neat. I would assume it is a pretty fast jutsu.

One/three disadvantages (no obvious ones, be creative):

• 1. Not only must I be on a water source, but so must my opponent? That is meh.
• 2. You cannot create your own lake, so this technique can only be used in limited situations.
• 3. I would not use it that much, even though it is interesting. No one would suspect that the water is forming a whirlpool below them, and if they turn their attention elsewhere, I would decimate them with a different Suiton.

How you would use it in battle: Using my superior mind, I would trick my opponent onto meeting me on the water source. I would then use a Hiding in Mist, then this technique.
How you would counter it: Not go on the water source. :|

Tobirama walks over to the water source, and once he finally reaches it, he walks onto it using chakra control that Miggy-sensei taught him how to use. Tobirama then starts to gather Suiton chakra. While gathering this chakra, Tobirama felt mellow, and calm. His whole persona was cool and swag like. After gathering the needed amount of chakra, Tobirama exerts the chakra through his feet. Using chakra manipulation, he makes the water start spinning very rapidly, forming a whirlpool.

• 2. It can be used in Mid range, in which I prefer to fight in.

One/three disadvantages (no obvious ones, be creative):

• 1. Hand seals are too stupid, but not much to worry about because as Tobirama, I can use all Suiton without water source and 1 hand seal.
• 2. A black ball of liquid is quite obvious, and easy to counter.
• 3. I do not delve into Katon that much, but for this technique I must.

How you would use it in battle: I would first have my chakra sensing activated, then use the Hiding in Mist jutsu, restricting my opponents sight. As it is restricted, and with me knowing where they are, I would preform the necessary seals and create the flammable stuff. I would throw an explosive kunai to throw off their hearing, then that would give me an opening for the flammable stuff. After that, I would use one hell of a huge Katon.
How you would counter it: Ignite the gas before it got on me, dilute it with water, zap it with Raiton to ignite it, blow it away with Fuuton, surround it with a Doton.
How you perform it (with as much detail as you can):

Tobirama takes a stance and starts feeling clam and cool. This might be his natural personality, or maybe it is his personality from years of using Suiton, but Tobirama claps his hands together. Tobirama starts gathering Suiton chakra while performing the Ram → Snake → Tiger hand seals. When Tobirama feels like he has gathered enough chakra, he quits kneading the Suiton chakra. Tobirama then exerts his chakra mid range from himself, forming a black mist that smells of oil and gasoline. He then uses chakra manipulation to condense it a little, and shape manipulation to form a cloud of black flammable gas. As he does this, the cloud moves at decent speeds onto the clone.

The width of the water source, waterfall, and basin can be expended, as long as the user continues to send chakra in.

Perform the seals, send your suiton chakra anywhere away from the water source, doing this you'll create a waterfall where water isn't there. Manipulate the water to form a wave.
It isn't used to attack, but mainly used for a relax based jutsu.

How you would use it in battle: Shit. I guess I would use this on my first turn to create a waterfall and be on the defensive the whole time, or create a bunshin to do it for me.
How you would counter it: Evaporate it with a B-rank Katon, use Swamp of the Underworld, blow it away with the Fuuton Kakuzu uses.
How you perform it (with as much detail as you can):

Tobirama starts kneading Suiton chakra within him, as he enters his awesome stance of awesomeness. As he gathers the Suiton chakra, he feels mellow, calm, and collective. When he gathers the optimal level of Suiton chakra, he focuses the Suiton chakra on the water source. As he does this, he uses shape manipulation to form a waterfall. As the waterfall is formed, the water from the waterfall starts to form a wave that drowns a bunshin.

Okay create a water clone, then use it to dissolve back into the water and manipulate it to transform into a four pointed projectiles. That'll attack my clone. Underused technique, but then again I can understand why; since you have to create a clone before hand is a tad annoying.

• 1. I can use the projectiles too pierce my opponents vitals, which would one shot them.
• 2. The tendrils would be a fairly good size due too the amount of water.
• 3. This attack requires no hand seals and if you prepped a clone, it is rather fast.

One/three disadvantages (no obvious ones, be creative):

• 1. I need to make a clone. :NO:
• 2. There are only four tendrils. Easily countered with a B rank Katon, or if you blow the tendrils away with a Fuuton.
• 3. It would be hard to pinpoint all 4 tendrils and defend against other jutsu at the same time.

How you would use it in battle: After using the Mizu-Bunshin technique, I would throw a flash bang at my opponent while closing my eyes. After my opponent is blind, I would penetrate them with my tendrils in the eyes and nose.
How you would counter it: Evaporate it with a B-rank Katon, blow it away with a Fuuton, duck with Hiding like a Mole.
How you perform it (with as much detail as you can):

Tobirama takes a stance, and starts gathering some Suiton chakra. As he gathers the chakra, he feels cool, calm, and collect like the Suiton in him. As Tobirama gathers enough Suiton chakra, he quits kneading it. Tobirama then exerts the chakra in front of him on the water source he created earlier with Heavens Convergence. Using shape manipulation, he creates an exact replica of himself, successfully using the Mizu-Bunshin technique. After using the Mizu-Bunshin technique, Tobirama focuses his chakra on the Mizu-Bunshin, and the Mizu-Bunshin suddenly disperses. Using the water from the Mizu-Bunshin, four tendrils of Suiton are formed. Using chakra manipulation, Tobirama compresses the tendrils into sharp, and lethal tendrils. He then makes two Suiton tendrils accelerate at your eyes, which would leave your legs open for an attack. Tobirama then makes the other two Suiton tendrils accelerate at your Bunshin's feet, one for each feet, and one for each eye. Your clone disperses after getting his ass handed too him.

Get close to my clone, strike my clone with a couple punches and kicks, that should lift him into the air, then you will gather your suiton chakra into you palm, then you'll swing your arm in an arc they'll release a crescent blade of water at the clone. Annoying that this technique is good, but the range is a shame. Doesn't require a water source which is handy though.

• 1. This incorporates Taijutsu into the attack, which is my strong suit as a RP'er.
• 2. This could break multiple bones in your opponents body.
• 3. Another relatively quick attack.

• 1. Getting in close range is a *****.
• 2. If you are bad at Taijutsu, this attack would be hard to describe.
• 3. I doubt the lethality of the blade of water, which is a shame.

How you would use it in battle: I would throw a flash bang behind my back in mid range which would blind my opponent. I would then sprint to my opponent and use the jutsu.
How would you counter it: Stay in long range, use a genjutsu, Doton: Domu, landscape altering techs, etc.
How you perform it (with as much detail as you can):

Tobirama sprints to his opponent and gets within one meter of him. Tobirama then uppercuts his opponents right rib cage with his left hand, which cracks multiple ribs. Tobirama then swiftly jabs his opponent multiple times in the face with his right hand, and finally drops on his back and up kicks the clone in the air. As Tobirama does this, he starts to gather some Suiton chakra in his right hand and gets up. He then releases the chakra within his hand as he slashes in a crescent shape, where the chakra forms molecules of water from the air which slash at the clone, poofing him.

What a noob!
