Description: This technique is used to trap a victim inside a virtually inescapable sphere of water by waving the Snake → Ram → Horse → Hare → Ram → Horse → Hare → Hands spread in front palms out. The only downside to this technique is that the user must keep at least one arm inside the sphere at all times in order for the victim to remain imprisoned. This technique requires a sufficient amount of water, which can be provided by expelling it from one's mouth. Once trapped the target is unable to move while within it due to the heaviness of the water. Because of the density of the water it can be used, to a limited extent, for defensive purposes if performed on oneself. Water clones can be used in preparation for the technique, which block an opponent's attack and trap the attacker in the prison using the clone's own water.

(Suiton: Suirou No Jutsu) - Water Style: Water Prison
Performing the Technique: After momentarily disabling his opponent, J rushed over to them and began to gather his water chakra while simultaneously weaving the necessary hand seals [Snake → Ram → Horse → Hare → Ram → Horse → Hare]. He then sticks out his right arm towards his opponent & spreads him palm out. Suddenly, a seemingly bubble of water engulfs my opponent and renders them unable to move.

Advantages/Disadvantages: Some advantages are that my opponent is unable to move while in the prison and I can use this on myself to fend off an attack. Disadvantages are that I have to keep my arm inside the sphere and that many hand seals are needed.
Technique Speed:I would rate this as Slow due to the hand seals needed and the effort needed to mold the water chakra. If a water source is present, I would rate this as medium.

Description: This Technique coats the users body with stones, making them much more resistant to attacks, at the cost of their speed. Whilst using this technique, the user can even change their appearance, but once the technique is either defeated or worn off the users original appearance is shown. The user whilst in this armor is resistant to B rank ninjutsu techniques but is vulnerable to Lightning Techniques.

imo, this is a bad counter as it does nothing to disperse the water, but just coats the user in rock.

The earth would absorb the water and become a bit muddy while maintaining most of its original properties due to the rank difference, so yes, this technique is actually a good counter.

(Suiton: Mizu Kawarimi) - Water Style: Water Replacement
Performing the Technique: As he see's his opponent closing near for an attack, Neji begins to concentrate and gather up his chakra. He then molds his water chakra up to the point where he has enough to use and get's ready to anticipate his opponent's attack. As he sees his opponent come in for a kick, he quickly used the built up chakra to fully transform into a liquid and avoids the oncoming attack. After Neji dodges the blow, he immediately reforms back to normal and performs and performs a sly kick in his opponent's abdominal.

Advantages/Disadvantages: A couple advantages is that I can avoid direct damage from my opponent and it requires no hand seals. A disadvantage is that I can't attack in this form.

Technique Speed: i would rate this as fast/medium as I need no hand seals to perform but need the necessary time to gather my water chakra without a water source.

Are gonna participate in the Sensei/Sempai tourney with Selendrile?

Description: The user after performing Dragon → Tiger will summon a large amount of water that will then be used to strike at the opponent in several versatile ways. It has been known to transform it into a dragon with a gaping mouth to attack. The water used will be stationary till it is sent offensively toward the opponent.

Gather your water chakra while performing the required hand seals then proceed to release the gathered water chakra and transform it into a large amount of water chakra, which you could actually use in many ways, but main use is forming it into a dragon shape and attacking with it, give it a try and attack my clone.

After doing so, he gathers some chakra into his hands before weaving the necessary hand seals [ Dragon → Tiger ]. Momentarily, a large amount of chakra infused water emerges from the lake. He then uses shape manipulation to transform the water into a large dragon, which attacks his opponent with its mouth.

Advantages/Disadvantages: An advantage is that this jutsu doesn't require a water source and it can be used to attack my opponent in any way. A disadvantage is that it requires hand seals.

Technique Speed: I would rate this as fast due to you only needing to use two seals and even when your on/off a water source.

This is a good counter because the twister is more compact than the water used to attack my opponent with, if it used to create a water dragon.

Performing the Technique: While standing mid range from his opponent, J begins to concentrate as he is gathering a lot of his suiton chakra while weaving the necessary tiger hand seal and proceeds to channel the water into the ground. After doing so, he picks up his right leg and then slams his foot onto the ground causing water to sprout up. J then uses shape manipulation to make the water head toward his opponent in a slicing jet motion and severely cuts them.

Advantages/Disadvantages: A advantage is that it can go up to mid range. Also, it is strong enough to cut through rock and a lower ranked doton wall(?) & doesn't require a water source. A couple of disadvantages are that it can't go up to long range, and you have to spend time stomping on the ground to proceed with the jutsu.

Technique Speed: I would rate this as medium because I have to concentrate on creating the water chakra without a water source and performing the hand seal.

Description: The user will first perform Boar → Tiger and then by changing the surface of an object beneath an enemy into mud and creating a non flammable swamp, the user can sink his enemy into the mud. The adhesive, chakra-infused mud ensnares the enemy's body, making it almost impossible to recover one's strength and escape from the swamp. The size and depth of the created swamp depends on the user's skill and the amount of chakra used, but if the user is an expert in this technique, it will always be possible to make a fair-sized swamp which is extremely effective against a great number of enemies or when having to face gigantic creatures.

This a decent counter because my opponent's feet would be sunk in chakra infused mud and their water channeled underground will be rendered ineffective.

Descripton: A strong water wave spit from the mouth that is more compressed than Chaos Water Wave and can carve the earth if used on the same area multiply times.

Gather your chakra before molding it to water chakra then proceed to release the water chakra through your mouth and transform it into actual water by adding nature manipulation, at the same time you also release the water in the form of a compressed bullet of water.

(Suiton: Taihoudan) - Water Style: Water Gun
Technique Performance: As Neji sees his opponent shield himself with a low rank doton dome, he knew exactly what to do. He first begins to channel up enough of the required chakra and concentrated hard to use nature manipulation to change it into water. Neji then took that gathered suiton and sent it to his mouth, where he temporarily, strongly compresses it. After a short amount of time, he spits out the water as a wave of water and guided it toward his opponent. When the water reaches the dome, he hits the same spot repeatedly and manages to carve it open.

Advantages: Requires no hand seals nor water source and can carve rock if the same area is hit.
Disadvantage: Can't go up to long range.

Technique's Speed: I would rate this as medium as the water needs to be compressed and the chakra needs to be converted to water since there is no source.

Counter:"( Raiton: Purazuma Bōru ) - Lightning Release: Plasma Ball" because it would protect me from the waves all around, it is neutral to water and a higher rank so it will possibly nullify the waves & it can't be carved since it's not made of rock.

They can create a body of water for a water summoning to be encased in and allow them to move around where normally no water exists, or create a body of water to block incoming attacks or surround his target and then drown them.

Perform the required hand seals while also gathering your water chakra, then proceed to release the water chakra before you, and form it into a body of water, able to prevent certain attacks from reaching you, give it a try.

Technique Performance: While stationary on top of a lake & mid range from his opponent, Neji notices his opponent spew a fire ball that was heading his way. In quick decisiveness, he channels his chakra into the water source below him and begins to gather the necessary amount by weaving the six required hand seals [Tiger → Dog → Monkey → Snake → Boar → Tiger]. After doing so, Neji uses shape manipulation to control his suiton and forms it into a large body of water that overcomes the incoming fireball, protecting him.

Advantages: Goes up to mid range, requires no water source & can be used in many ways.
Disadvantage: Requires a lot of hand seals & cannot span up to long range.

Technique's Speed: If a water source is present, I would rate it as medium due the amount of hand seals needed. If no water source is present, I would rate it as slow.

Counter:If my opponent were to use this for a water summon, I would use "(Doton: Yomi Numa) - Earth Style: Swamp of the Underworld." If my opponent were to try and drown me, I would use "(Doton: Iwa no Hogo) - Earth Release: Earth Shelter Technique."

I would really love to do 2-3 techniques per post but unfortunately Sensei Selendrile only allows me 1 technique per post, so we will be continuing with 1 technique per post until training is completed.

Technique Performance: After narrowly countering his opponent's last attack, Neji "retreats" by diving into the nearby lake. While underwater, he begins to gather a small portion of his chakra and releases it into the water. By doing this, he is able to mask his presence and gather up more chakra for his next water jutsu.

Advantages: It can be used in two ways and requires no hand seals.
Disadvantage: I have to be in the water to use it (Duh).

Technique's Speed: I would rate this as fast because it requires no hand seals and it doesn't specify how long it takes to activate the jutsu.

Counter: Even if there were to mask their presence, I would use my Byakugan to find them.
