OK, u could use it as a blade like i described b4 to stab ur opponent. u could make it into the "seven tails mode" to wrap around ur opponent and hold them down or to throw or strangle them. There are many things u could do while in the seven tails mode. U could also make it into suikiri nagashi to send u current ofd water threw something. be creative.
