Jugo hands down I don't need to explain, if you saw episode 202 you'll see the look on Suigetsu's face when Jugo was up against Raikage and he was holding his own for a bit ahaha then he got crushed like an egg

thats a good battle. suigetsu said that they have fought before but he didnt say who won. also when they met at the hideout when they came to free him. suigetsu asked juugo why didnt u use this power when they fought. although suigetsu does have skills i think juugo whens this battle cuz of his bloodline limit the orginal curse mark user.
suigetsu, in the right conditions. without a swordsman sword juugo would probly own him, but we still dont know the full extent of eithers powers so its hard to judge yet. but with a sword i think it would be evenly matched. now suigetsu with multiple swords, i think that he could be stronger that sasuke
The ONLY way Jugo can beat him is if he uses that curse mark lvl 2 blast thing. Otherwise Suigetsu wins. Whats Jugo gonna do, punch him? Punch a guy whose made of water?
And that blast may not even kill him since he survived Bee's TBB(barely but still survived)
