i agree with McAteezy about the words thing... maybe something about restoring the 7 Swordsmen of the Mist?? but other than that it is great! 8/10

The sig does look a little empty if you ask me. Maybe you should try adding some more C4Ds and try filling the space some more with those. 
Text is a little off, since it's just the style of text, so maybe just play around with that. Also there really isn't any depth to it. This is where C4Ds come into play as well.
As for borders, either make them smaller, or just get rid of them altogether.

Aha I love it. The colors are nice, and yes I think there should be some text. Just make sure the placement is good. Also don't make the quote text to big or lengthy and choose colors that aren't too bold (like black for instance would be bad. the color should match) And maybe lessen the opacity a bit. It shouldn't be too demanding then. The size of the borders aren't bad I don't think, but halfing them would probably bring good results.

And I have no intentions of going back and adding more text, this was just something to refresh my memory. Will be making much better stuff very soon. ^^
looks great 8/10 the only problems i have with it is the bottom left should just keep that the same as the background and the top right seems a little darker than everything else and just looks a tiny bit out of place apart from that it's sweet
