He is underated . Because people think if your not super o.p. your fodder . Suigetsu comes from a powerful clan . And is skilled . Narutobase annoys me with anybody not god level is fodder mindset .

Why the F would he have to run or dodge? Mei was able to counter Madara's fire style with her suiton, you telling the Guy who's suiton overpowered Gyuki and than neautralized a TBB can't stop a lame katon? That's just bogus! Any top tier water style user can stop Madara's katon, it's only the fodders who need to collaborate to do it.
