Hmm, around here he is overrated. Everything that allows him to survive attacks costs him greatly, he has a severe lack of chakra. Plus he didn't tank a TBB he survived a blast..barely if the fight went on he would have bought the farm. Doesn't mean he doesn't have a cool or useful skill set but I wouldn't even rank him along with the caliber of characters we have seen.

Yea suigetsu has like invincibility against anything thats not electricity but he also doesn't have much going for him in terms of offensive power. His speed and raw power isn't that strong and won't even touch most of the strongest shinobi in Naruto
