Suigetsu is underrated .

He tanked the Bijuu Dama of Gyuki , that's a feat that only high S-Class ninjas have it .

He cannot be touched , he can turn his body into water . No one can punch him .

Just to make sure that Suigetsu is pretty strong , he is a skilled swordsman , he keept up with a S-class shinobi like Kisame .

Suigetsu is clearly top 20 material , but people only underrate him . U_U

No he wasn't playing around . They weren't having a serious fight/dead match , but both of them were serious at it . Suigetsu wanted Samehada , and Kisame knows that he is always serious about it , so he wouldn't risk , and he wouldn't play around with him at that time .

Also , at that Darui part , he is weak against Raiton users .
