I like what I`m seeing for far but I need more info.PLz post your input on what I`ve asked for ok.As far as elements true the anime said no one could use all 5(except rinnegan[so that means sharingan users are in the same boat as regular ninja])I like the concept of 4 elements if the post level is high enough.I was thinking about lowering the life and keeping chakra the same.Also Changing the ranks to this

are the move rankings gonna be applied the same?
e.g. kage and above can use s rank moves
and sannin and above usin a rank (or maybe could be lowered to anbu now)

either way i'm glad a few are being put in between as it's not taking as many posts between each rank.

Ok so so far tag team battles,higher post count for ranks, and restrictions of jutsu based on members rank?Did I get all of that right?Ok I`m work on this tonite and by monday or tuesday have a demo to post the link to ok.Plz add more input.Villages yea would be just that I`ve talked to Versuvio about it but he hasnt given me any confirmation on it.I was think some where along the line sof a forum only members of that village can see.But Neji kinda shoot it down but we could make groups and the leader could do an invite only group with the name of that village as the roups name.People can read your messages but not post any.The hidden forum(group forum) was so training could be private and village members only could see whats going on.But then it would kind of make it so there no spying and ninja`s are spies so the group Idea works best.I need some senior members to post what village they`d like to be leader of or for members to choose who they wont to lead that village post here your input on this(No I dont automatcilly get the rain village)

you could be never know I for one dont care who leads each village and you could have custom ones to like the ones we already have.You could make Konoha and if not voted kage then would be fuedal lord since you created it.I`m not really sure we need more posts here to determine whats best for the whole forum.

We tried elections a while ago, they didn't rly work out because they never rly ENDED, and everyone started hating each other >.< A war almost broke out between the senju (shodaime's students) and UCR (madara's students).

So a battle/tournament would be fast, solid, and finite.

One winner for each village.

And idk who would make the rules, though. Not all of my jutsus are on that guy's website, which seems to be a quazi-jutsu list for the site. Whoever elected him jutsu king lol XD

Well yea the elections didnt go to well back then.Hhmm the reason why all the jutsu were added to my site is so that everyone knows what they can do.People have come here and used jutsu know ones ever heard of and thats how i came up with that idea.You cant say that it hasnt help out in a huge way.Also yea Battleing for who`s in command sounds great how should be organise who the contestants will be?Also there are more than just a few villages.Theres star village,smoke village,grass,leaf,rock,cloud,mist,waterfall,sound,sand,snow/spring, and various countries whith shindobi in them.Also wondering ninja like the ones who stole jutsu from other nations
