So i have an idea what if two students can switch teachers for example let's say scorps is teaching X in fire and caliburn is teaching me in water. X and I are friends so we decide to switch teachers so that we get more training.
-You can only have two buddies.
-When you switch with someone you have to write all the jutsu's that your buddy reached and follow the same rules that were imposed by the teacher on your friend.

The other suggestion is for senseis and sempais let's take scorps and caliburn and we consider cali as the sensei. Let's say scorps accepted to train me in fire so once i finish B rank Cali takes scorps place and continues the training this will help students have mastery over elements and will shorten the training time. So sempais will teach B rank and sensei's will take over and continue A ranks S rank and forbidden.

I still wish that sensei's and their sempai's were split up teaching ranks like genin, chuunin and stuff like that. Except for the ones that have special stuff.

Was these already suggested before and got decline? (Or is it already in place.)

I like the idea, as much as I wait Training System to improve, but the idea is disorganize it is time consuming. Why train up to a certain Element when you just can finish them with the Sensei/Senpai you already have. Also, how would it be fair: (Example)

- You have 2 Buddies. However, one is not the same rank as you and maybe have mastered more, or have more than one Sensei/Senpai training them in different elements (training with another buddy). You, on the other-hand, is now mastering that element or on your second. What is the fairness for all the others who have not mastered one? (Mostly New RP'er or some Senior RP'er who have not found a Sensei)

Basically, you have many cheating the system. That is way it want work.

Regarding the first suggestion: HELL NO! Its not the students who decide who a sensei teaches. Its the sensei who decides and picks his students and that is how it will always be. The student applies. If the student drops, he's dropped for good and another member who applied takes his place, not his buddy. This leads to a closed teaching circle, something that is not allowed. Between 3 or 4 friends you'd hog 3 or 4 training spots times 5 or 6. Nope, never going to be allowed.

Regarding the second one, it doesn't work and is basically complicating a system that we are trying to simplify. It also makes everyone get up to B-Rank and then need to look for a sensei all over again.

The possible solutions for the teaching problem are already being worked on and are already being discussed. One of them was already implemented (my idea of the masters/shishou system). The other ones pass through giving senseis more perks so as to indice people into senseiship. We need more senseis and we have people skilled enough to be one that don't apply simply because all you get is more work and nothing out of it. So, i'm working on a set of perks and trying to think of a way to get them inserted into the system so that people feel senseiship is something worth applying to. Other part of the solution is a new training system we are working on which is the lenghty part of the solution since it needs to be very well thought out and made.

Well Lets say your at jounin rank you can't master an element you can only get training up to A rank so why wait until your post count increases while you can train in another element

- You have 2 Buddies. However, one is not the same rank as you and maybe have mastered more, or have more than one Sensei/Senpai training them in different elements (training with another buddy). The example i didn't get it but as far as i understood you will chose your buddies and reach an agreement with him and so what if your buddy is training with another person you willalso be doing the same and the mastery stuff what do you mean
Edit: saw scorps post
well on the first one i'm guessing it was far fetched and the second one your reply to it is irrational since to be a senpai you need to have a sensei so between those two individuals is whom the switching happens
