[Suggestion] Thread control

Problem: Multiple threads of same topic

Solution: A message with a warning of creating a thread.

How does it work: When a user creates a thread with a similar name like an existing thread, something comes up. Similar to when a post of the same is posted, saying to use the search button before posting the thread (Something like that).

This idea goes well with the Zero Tolerance idea.

Im not pretty sure if that's possible with vBulletin. (The existing Thread Idea) And if it is, would be alot of work.

That's going to be a whole lot of hard work. Don't burden the admins with this haha :]

Idea is nice but realization is too complex unfortunately.
