[Suggestion] Role Playing Tournment for temopary Modship

This was just a suggestion made by him and i agree with it on some levels,but the idea of it be temporary and not given the moderator non full access is not good the bottom point is we need New role play moderators that is why i said that the participant if this was or were to be considered should have been chosen by moderators before notice it will be like this versuvio and the other staff nominate and bring out 20 worthy moderator ship role players all with a good knowledge of role play in naruto base,then you will pair them against each other to prove their individual skill and who ever wins can now be chosen,we need more moderators the checking of custom its just too slow ,though the moderators are doing there best but there as a reason why goro was part of the moderators,and him now being away and thus now a non moderator slowed the role play pace .It is a known fact that the more people who or which invest their time in something the chances of it being a success are better,currently the number of moderators in role play in naruto base are 6 they were once 7 that shows or tell you that initially they were 7 and were thus larger than this so him stating that we need new moderators is not bad idea the only thing i see flawed, might be his level of approach which might be incorrect and wrong on some grounds but in a total ark this is not a bad idea so rep +.

I think that's up to the administrators to decide and believe me, they will eventually get to it. In the mean time, instead of whining about how we lack moderators, we should appreciate their restless work for our community.
