[Suggestion] Offical Amegakure village

Ok so here's my view on this matter there are several villages already that have a lot of people and the power between the Rping villages are uneven in some cases so my suggestion is to make a offical Amegakure village another reason for this is some villages are not accepting members which leaves some people out of certain activies like The Village based tournment and so on and so forth

Other areas I believe it will help improve: I believe it will make the Ninja More Active and aslo it could possiblely bring more people to the Role Playing section

Also Amegakure or in other words the hidden Rain Village at a point in the show played a major part in Naruto

There are manny reasons why I think this is a good idea but ill leave the finally decision to the NarutoBase staff

It would be nice to add maybe one or two more villages at a later date imo
But i think first the best idea is to see how these village tournaments go for the main villages and then worry about adding more stuff at a later date xd

The idea itself is good. However you have not made it very detailed. You have not provided enough reasons why the mods should go to the trouble of making a new village. In your post you stated a couple of things wrong you saw in the Village System but you didn't state how adding a Rain village would solve them.
How would it balance out the power of villages?
Also I would suggest trying other villages to the people who weren't taken in.

Basically I say the idea is fine but it needs to be elaborated.
