i agree more with Rei's idea, just because its a fair way, like she said, if all senseis are in a group they would wipe out the other small groups but that depends on the ppl's will to make it fair for the other members, so, this could work too i think

Well i was thinking that the mod in each group should just sort of help asign the mission and give it a rank so that the points would be properly given. And no, not too many senseis and kages in one group, it has to be limited so it can be balanced. Btw, who wants to help setting it up? O_O

Devlin made a group where they've been discussing rules for this so i'm sure he would, i think Akira and Izuna said they wanted to help as well.
