first, u all have to understand that i do not want now halve the members running around with custom elements, cause that would make it really hard for beginners,

and second, u are the ones that live with what i do, so i gotta work together with you
dunno, i'm for: Same second u learn all five existing elements, u can submit a custom one, if it gets approved (patentized) u can use it once u reach...7.500 posts? i gotta admit i don't know the exact post amount for ninja ranks here

yeah you learn 5 elements at 7,200 I think so it would be cool if you would let us submit elements then

I still say that Kage/5200 should be patent... and Legendary Ninja/7000 should be usage...

I'm neutral to request 1.... it's ok.... not terrific. I could go with 5000 posts for the patent.


But request two, I don't like. 7,000 posts is a bit low.... then a surprisingly high amount of people could have custom elements... and two each!

I'd say 8,500 at the very least.
