Suggestion: Doijutsu transplant

We have the sharingan transplant but why not the other doijutsu too?
We have seen the byakugan being tranplanted with the mizukages bodyguard Ao.

So I say why couldnt the same thing happen with the rinnegan too and why dont we have it on NB?

well it is possible for the byakugan to be transplanted, but not the rinnegan because it is not a KG thus it can NOT be transplanted.

plus i don't like transplants, especially with the system we have in place

I think Byakugan transplants are allowed. As for the Rinnengan the reason why it hasn't been transplanted is because nobody has a Nagato/Sage bio because its very hard to get them approved, and the people who do have a bio for them don't lose.
