[Suggestion] Canon Character

In naruto verse we saw jutsu which were only done by certain individuals an example is the chidori which can only be used by kakashi and sasuke, however, this is unlike our role play system in naruto base where a canon or custom character can use chidori and many other jutsu unique and restricted to character in naruto verse, though that would not get changed in our role play, my suggestion is that canon character seen havin a certain jutsu only to them such as chidori which is only to kakashi and naruto , should have an extra damage point eg _+10-20, a similar example are tobirama biography who can perform water techniques without a water source ,so in a similar yet different form let this be implemented, this would bring more realism and make people more interested in canon characters and also giving them the power they deserve. This is because speaking in a lay-man perspective , biography such as jiraiya which has learnt rasengan years ago and have been using it for years in battle should have more than skill and power in using it than a noob recently just got the hook of it. So what do you guys think?​

OT: Once again, I think this is a pretty fair thing to do, but the damage point of jutsu is rarely taken into account. O_O

Makes it the RP more unique, i like it but this should only be for canon characters imo.

I have to disagree, although it makes sense there's already several jutsus or abilities that are character specific, if you end up giving canon characters more advantages it will discourage people to be creative and make custom characters.

People should be encouraged to be creative and make custom characters, not the other way around.

In Naruto verse there are many jutsu which are seen to be only character specific but none which i have seen exceed 6 [Maximum] exclusions are Nagato biography or other special biography with special moves such as the shinrai tensei by preta path.. What my idea is suggesting is that extra damage for canon jutsu be made for canon character in the role play which that jutsu was only see performed by them, now in a case of a character having several canon techniques unique to him you can simply be restricted for example only 2 Heightened damage canon techniques be accepted after having learnt it and it must be posted in the biography.

Thus this means to say that a canon character can have a canon jutsu in the role play which in naruto was only seen used by him to be a sum of 6 in the role play but he can only choose too which would have heightened damage for example if i have a kakashi biography i can choose rasengan and chidori and add it to my bio , normally chidori is a rank but it would have similar to s rank damage on the opponent due to the user complete mastery of the jutsu.​

I disagree to this completely, while in essence i see where your coming from this will cause their to be around 50 Kakashi and Sasuke biographys.

Custom biographys shouldn't be at a disadvantage just because they are custom.

I don't understand the logic behind this suggestion. The fourth hokage was the original creator of Rasingan. Naruto perfected and was even able to improve it, Konahamru was also able to learn it, thus logic implies that these techniques can be taught to anyone, and the student can possibly preform it better than the teacher.

and using the OP's example, Chidori was taught to Sasuke and he mastered it easily and actually surpassed Kakashi's use of it. So, in essence, it means that most elemental techs can be taught to normal ninjas that will eventually learn and master them fully.

Not only that but it would make battling even more complicated and we'd need to revamp everysingle technique to add a note adding damage to it if used by X bio. Sorry, but this isn't very logical or needed.
