1. Remove the ability for regular members to edit their posts once they have been placed in the Approved Biographies Section, yes you can edit it after it has been approved :/ And no, you shouldn't.
2. Close the Temporary Biography Holder and not allow for new threads to be made there (Not sure if possible), it's not for new bios, it is for old bios. People post their bios in there all the time when they should be aiming for the general RPG Character Biography Section. (This can go for other sections as well, ie. closing entire sections to not allow regular members to post threads, although not sure if possible with this version of vBulletin.)
3. Write down some of the unwritten rules ie. the character from other anime rule, custom characters not being able to have reduced handseals until you have mastered the element, what the Battles Section is for (Or get rid of that section all together, no one really keeps track), write down that your character's history has to be applicable to the naruto universe and it can't affect the cannon history, history for cannon characters that have died can't talk about their death (or else you are Rping with a dead body), and the max number of elements you can have reduced handseals for (2). There are other rules of course.
