Suggestion : Adult Section

I Find it stupid that there is no Section for Adults in the whole forum whilst there are sections and sub sections of favorite tvstars, naruto characters and shit - the Admin seems to be childish as well, because they couldnt think of creating a section for grown ups to have a Discussion!!, im not talking about sections like "General Discussion" or Chatter Box, im talking about a section Age Limited!!

The reason is obivious, NB loves to bash people regardless of their age "including Admins and S Mods" they love to bash the most!!, its really true, anyway..

you see a guy telling his opinion as i am right now - and he gets bashed for no good reason by several members, including words like "eff you, or ess me idiot, moron etc.." the other day i saw that an S Mod Lawliet to be exact had deleted one of my posts in her silly poem thread and replaced it with "im an idiot, reason, yes you are" i realize that would only make her so, but what the hell"?? now my first thought would be that they are probably kids or teenagers, it shouldnt excuse it because that only tells of their bad manner, but it cant be changed - what is intolerable is that these Kids would bash anyone and everyone even Grownups, those who are old enough to be their fathers, or Big brothers, Older sisters etc.., that is unacceptable to me!!, and i think it would push away the older people from the site, thats one of the reasons NB are mostly teenagers, because in other sites i have seen many Older people read/discuss naruto i know someone whos 48 and likes naruto, when i asked him why hes not on NB, he said its for children only!, but it shouldnt be!

therefore i think there should be a Section for Adults "over 18" to be able Discuss Naruto and Other stuff in a more mature way, and get the understanding deserved!!

kids would feel disrespected and this can only create hate.
overall i don't think its a good idea...

If you want to have good conversations with adults make a group about it. I don't see a reason for a new forum

I didn't even read your opinion, just no.

NB is a community for people from all ages, although I think at least half of the members is under 18. There is no way a over 18 sub forum could be controlled, people can change their age to what ever they want.

Also, this has been suggested a couple of times already, and mods said no every time...

-and there should be an Adult mod in charge of that section, not just anyone!

And no, only those above 18 should be able to see/enter the section, and those who cheat their way they would reveal themselves sooner or later by their actions, bashing would absolutely be forbidden, so anyone who bashes is a kid!

This is a family forum to discuss and interact with other people who like Naruto. There is no reason for it to have an "Adults only" section. Also, it is just a stupid idea, as any one will be able to lie about their age and access it anyways. If you don't like interacting with teenagers in a family website, where in truth there are more teenagers and children interacting, then don't come, no one is pushing you to come here. Enjoy the free anime and manga it gives you, and don't argue with people you know can't hold a discussion with.

Also, bashing Administrators and Mods is just wrong and completely foolish. You are pretty much labeling every administrator as a corrupt, childish case. If Lawliet did something to your post, it must have a reason. Also, Lawliet is a fun person, she wouldn't do something to harm anyone.

sound like a terrible idea to me. an here are a few reasons why
1. You can't actually make it over 18, Kids can lie about theyre age
2. it would turn into a porn section
3. As an Adult, if i see something stupid I will call it out as soon as or before my teenage counterpart stupidity is stupidity, and if you can't take the heat then dont say stupid stuff.
4. if kids are making fun of you and calling you stupid how do you think your adult counterparts will respond to you
5. NB is actually a fair mixture of adults who don't seem to care that they are talking with kids because lets face it if you wanted to talk to an adult about naruto you could tell your friends... oh wait your 21 and watch naruto, if you have any they prolly would still make fun of you.

so In conclution Stop complaining about "kids and Teenagers" on a forum for a show for "kids and teenagers"

Also i noticed that you a new member, so i thought i'd tell you the older members and mods are more adults, the newer ones are usually younger like teens and kids.

an 18+ section is possible with special coding but it will be difficult to manage =/

i am in a site that has 18+ and we post ecchi/hentai/softporn. The admin has set up a coding that allows the member to change his/her date of birth once and those sections are age restricted
the only problem to this is that how honest the members are because we will never know their actual age

There is a section for you: it's called the Premium User section. You contribute to the site and you can visit it. Doesn't mean you can break the rules, but in theory, you could go there and Discuss Naruto without younger members spamming/flaming you. Though, not much Naruto discussion happens in that section.

If this is a cover-up for Explicit Content and other "adult" discussions, topics, and such, then no, absolutely not. There is nothing on this site that needs to be age-restricted.
