[Applications] Stygian Tournament

So this will be a quick tournament to see who I'll teach the second student spot of Stygian Water to (Which can be found on the 2nd page of my cj thread). It'll be for people who don't have a CE at all, and if not enough people who don't have a CE apply, I'll accept people with a single CE. Mostly looking for the "younger" generation of rp'ers that haven't really glo'd up, letting them eat a little. The tournament will have numerous different restrictions each round, though through the entirety of the tournament, no seals at all will be allowed, nor will CC abilities be allowed.
