since i am gaara, and therefore awesome with his techniques, i focus a large amount of fuuton chakra and channel it into my lungs. i then take a deep breath, and then pound my stomach to apply external pressure, the power of which it uses to shoot a highly compressed air ball from my mouth. I channel enough to make a giant ball of air, big enough to to hollow out the ground, and level an entire forest. i then use the large quantity of chakra kneaded into it to cause it to explode the moment it reaches its target.

i focus my fuuton chakra and channel it into my lungs, and then i compress a tornado-like mass until it has a very high density and is then released. The wind pressure is raised to its highest limit, the technique creates a huge blast of wind that cover's 360 degree's around me that forms something similar to a white dome that is strong enough to level anything in it's path
