now naruto is a sage and he also got the nine tail chakra. is he stronger than anyone in hidden leaf? if he did , why he can't become hokage now? (i think naruto stronger than tsunade)

in deed naruto is the strongest leaf... 
just like J-man, even tsunade believes he can protect the village better, thinks that he aint cut out for hokage... the same goes to naruto... but you know, naruto wants to be one so i think he can do something about it... he might be a compassionate hokage..

He needs to learn administration, economic policy, gain experience and knowledge of the people in Konoha, etc.
naruto still need to learn lots of thing about leading the village etc..etc..
now he can counted as a fighter and strongest ninja in the whole village

Shikamaru would make better Hokage than Naruto 'cause he is one of the best leaders in all Konoha. But he is too weak for that job. Because being a Hokage means basically that you're the best ninja in the village and a good leader. So the mix of Shikamaru's brains and logic with Naruto's skills would make the ideal Hokage.

well naruto is the strongest leaf shinobi and one of the strongest shinobi in the shinobi world if not the strongest,he has become wiser and more experienced too but he still lacks the info needed to become hokage like economy and managing things..

After the war Naruto might star being put in charge of a squad here and their to give Him mission Leadership skills so that He knows how to lead for the Day He would become Hokage as well as teaching Him administrative skill that are also required to be Hokage.

of course naruto is stronger than tsunade...but he is unexperienced in addition of Tsunade .....but think after the 4th shinobi war and the battle with sasuke naruto will be the greatest decision for the seat of ''5th Hokage''....that time is going to be legendary!!!!!
