That statement was made by Madara who has felt the punches of A, Tsunade, and Onoki.

So being ranked 2nd out of 3 isn't that great of a feat.

I'm not saying that he isn't strong just that Madara is not a good judge considering he has never felt Guy's attacks, Sakura's, or Naruto's.

Agreed. I think Kishi just uses Sakura for a support character, to give the anime for depth and emotion so I'm sure he will forget

No. It is so powerful that it becomes a Jutsu... BUT IT IS STILL JUST A PUNCH. He described it already, its a simple punch. But its SO FAST that it literally creates a vacumm of power behind it, able to level a mountain. But its STILL JUST A PUNCH. No handsign. No chakra. No Jutsu. Just an open 7th Gate and a Bad@$$ PUNCH. Which is why he obviously has the strongest punch. Chuuch
