Guy's punch causes internal bleeding. Tsunade's punch would take a chunk out of your body. Apparently the clones have the same density as Madara otherwise you'd be able to tell the difference without the sharingan. Which means Tsunade punched a clone with human density and made a potion of his body disappear.

Tsunade's punch is probably comparable to Guy's punch. I honestly don't think anyone can give an answer considering the fact that we have nothing to compare them by.

Something interesting to note - how strong is Sakura's punch compared to that of Tsunade? I know Sakura's strength iis induced by chakra control whereas Tsunade's strength is just that - raw power. I also know that it was said that Sakura could surpass Tsunade. I don't know if they were talking about strength, med jutsu or a combination...

I think they were talking a combination since she has that strenght and initially she was a genjutsu type user.
So imagine somebody having that much strenght who puts you into genjutsu.
Could be a fatale combination if u ask me...
