Ok seriously, i am the only one who thinks that blackbeard is probably the strongest out there being able to use 2 DF's now. O.O Yeah kong, shanks, and dragon are probably ridiculously strong, but i have a feeling that the man, who before getting any DF powers was able to fight on par with shanks, and now has TWO DF powers is probably able to take the others for a bit of a ride

Where does it say that he was able to fight on par with Shanks? He only gave him the scar.

I voted for Blackbeard, but now that I've given it some thought I'm not sure. If he was the strongest there would have been no reason for him to flee when him and his crew realized Akainu was coming after them. If he really was the most powerful he would have had no problem taking on Akainu right there. So maybe Kong, Shanks or Dragon at this point.

about blackbeard i think maybe soon he will be stronger than almost any of them and take white beards power farther than him

but as we saw him last sengoku was even holding him off so i dont think blackbeard is the best just yet
