2) Konan.
3) Sasori.
4) Kakuzu.
5) Mei.
6) Ay.
7) Hiruzen (if healthy).
8) Gai (stalemate if he goes for the 8th gate).
9) Tsunade

...and anyone below. These are the most relevant.

Inb4 you bring Hachibi's horn, that situation is no different than that where the martial artist breakes a brick in half with his bare hands. You may also be thinking about that time when he severed his arm; well that wasn't a battle situation.

Byakugo is not suppose to help her react, its supposed to keep her alive. She doesn't need to react after he realizes that his punches won't kill her. He'll stop and think about another alternative.
Also, he won't be constantly in V2 and its not like he has got a complex pattern of attack. She can disrupt the battlefield (making him lose his footing) or strike blindly and perhaps have a lucky hit. She shouldn't be completely out of options just because she's completely outclassed in one department.

Yes this only proves my point. Refer to my two spoilers. When he used Hirudora on Madara, he did not activate the 7th Gate, as a matter of fact, the aura was only around his hands.
