A kekkei genkai is a persons own power they didn't steal or borrow it deal with it. It's not fair they got born with it but it's still that persons power.​

I agree with the list, except imo Obito shouldn't even be on it. He never had both MS and he stopped relying on his own power the moment Madara saved him by replacing the missing half of his body with Hashirama's cells. 12 year old Obito who had 2-tomoe sharingan and relied on his own power wasn't very OP. Zetsu noted that Itachi didn't perform up to par and wondered why. Is it because... Itachi wanted to lose and Zetsu had no idea?

Itachi with mastery of MS and complete health is fanfiction.
As we saw with Sasuke, by the time he got Kagutsuchi he already needed glasses, and by the time he mastered Susanoo he was nearly blind.
Susanoo too destroys the user's cells, makes them cough up blood (showing internal damage), and it eats away at their life. So Susanoo = sickness.

In summary:
Can't have Tsukiyomi and Amaterasu mastery and perfect vision.
Can't have Susanoo mastery and have perfect health.

Obito at least had the potential for having both MS.
